Thank you so much for the 5-star review! I am thrilled to hear that you had a great stay and that our location hit the mark for you. At Dream Vacation Rentals, we strive for a "no-surprises" experience, and we take a lot of pride in keeping our properties "very well kept" so you can focus entirely on relaxing. That secluded beach is truly one of the crown jewels of the area—there is nothing quite like having a beautiful, quiet stretch of sand all to yourself! It was a total pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back to your favorite beach spot soon.

The place was very nice with everything you may need to stay a few days! Walking distance to the beach and short drive to other beaches. A bit far from restaurants or other amenities but fair for the price considering the market in the island

Thank you for the 5-star review! I am so glad to hear the condo was well-equipped for your stay and that you enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach. We definitely aim to provide a 'no-surprises' getaway, and I appreciate your perspective on the location. While we are tucked away in a more peaceful part of the island, many of our guests find that the short drive to local restaurants is a fair trade-off for the quiet beach access and value we offer. We would love to welcome you back for another great stay soon!

Loved this unit and the whole grounds. Only issues that weren't a dealbreaker were that parking is too crammed in, and the little unit that was attached to this one was like it had no soundproofing between the two units, so I could hear someone snoring and other sounds. But I loved the unit and would definitely stay here again! Everything was so clean and lovely.

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! I’m thrilled to hear that you loved the unit and the grounds—and especially that everything was clean and lovely for your stay. At Dream Vacation Rentals, we strive for a "no-surprises" experience, so I really appreciate your honest feedback on the details. Regarding the parking, I completely agree that those spaces can feel a bit "crammed in," especially with larger vehicles; it’s one of those quirks of the older, charming layouts on the island. I also sincerely apologize for the lack of soundproofing between the units. Hearing a neighbor's snoring definitely wasn't on the itinerary! Since your stay, we have been looking into adding some acoustic treatments to that shared wall to help ensure a more peaceful environment for future guests. It was a total pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back for another (hopefully quieter) stay very soon!

Practically new, clean, all house keeping supplies available except hair dryer. Location of laundry unclear in description. Could use an internal bug zapper. Office staff customer friendly. Overall, an excellent facility will stay here again when we return to Sanibel.

Thank you for your feedback! We're so pleased to hear you found the property practically new, clean, and well-stocked with housekeeping supplies. We're also glad you found our office staff customer friendly and that, overall, you had an excellent stay. We appreciate you letting us know about the missing hair dryer – that's an oversight we will correct immediately. We also value your notes regarding the laundry location clarity and the suggestion for an internal bug zapper; these are helpful points we will consider for future improvements.

Very nice updated property. But coffee pot was dirty with mold growing, no coffee filters, not enough pillows, and no hot water in the kitchen.Very disappointed in not enough toilet paper or paper towel, garbage bags or dish soap. If I am staying a week, charge me 20 extra and supply toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. It is just a hassle.

Thanks for your feedback. We're glad you appreciated the updates to our property! We're very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay, especially regarding the coffee pot and the amenities. We provide all guests with a list of starter supply amenities prior to arrival to help them plan and avoid any shortages. This list details what's included and what guests may want to bring or purchase for longer stays. We also want to assure you that our team is always ready to assist right away with any concerns guests might have. We didn't receive any communication from you during your stay about these issues. Had we known, we would have immediately addressed them, including the hot water in the kitchen or any missing supplies. Our property was completely renovated after devastating hurricanes, and we've put a tremendous amount of effort into making it as comfortable and accommodating as possible for our guests. We're constantly working to improve and truly regret that your experience wasn't what it should have been. We hope you'll consider staying with us again so we can provide you with a much better experience.

A different Sanibel experience!

We stayed in a small group of cottages on Captiva 2 years ago, so this time we chose West End Paradise for that same one-story cottage lodging on Sanibel. West End Paradise is very, very quiet -- almost hard to find your cottage/suite because it is quite dark on the grounds. We were not familiar with the combination of one-room, studio and suite lodging here, so we ended up being confused about how to find our #3 when the first possibility we saw was #3A. A rep from Dream Vacations promptly answered our phone call and helped us to find our way. The one-bedroom suite we rented has a spacious living room / dining area and a pleasant screened porch in back. The bedroom is a little small, and the bathroom is very small (one sink with barely any counter space around it) but usable. If you want to walk to any restaurants, etc, this is not the place for you. But if you want perfect quiet, nature all around, and no one above you, look it up and sort out the 3 different types of lodging!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of West End Paradise! We appreciate your feedback and insights, especially for those unfamiliar with our layout. We're glad you enjoyed the tranquility of West End Paradise. Many guests choose us specifically for the peace and quiet, surrounded by nature. Regarding the signage and unit confusion, we understand your experience. We've recently reviewed our signage and are working on improvements to make locating specific units easier, especially at night. We also appreciate you mentioning the helpfulness of the Dream Vacations representative. It's true that West End Paradise isn't within walking distance of restaurants. However, we do provide information on nearby dining options at check-in, and many fantastic restaurants are just a short drive away. We're happy to hear you found the living area and screened porch spacious. We acknowledge the bedroom and bathroom might be on the smaller side, which is typical for some of our one-bedroom suites. We encourage guests to review the detailed descriptions and photos of each unit type before booking to ensure a perfect fit for their needs. Thank you again for your review. We hope to welcome you back to West End Paradise in the future!

We really enjoyed our walk to the beach each day. The neighborhood is beautiful! If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place.
