Great location, close to Old Town, nice view

Great location less than 5 min drive to Old Town Scottsdale, Great restaurant close by, backs on to golf course, nice view of camelback mountain from the patio. Place was clean, beds both comfortable, also pull out couch, kitchen stocked with everything you need.

Great location!

The property had everything we needed! It felt like a resort property with the onsite amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, yoga studio) and the property grounds were very nicely kept and clean. The location was perfect for us- we walked 1.5 miles to shops/restaurants almost every day. We rented bikes nearby at the Bike Emporium and used those to get around via the awesome bike trails right near the property. The city is super well connected with walking/biking trails. There is Bashas grocery store right down the street, which we stopped at for anything we needed and could easily carry back to the property. Check-in was super straight forward. Clean up was straightforward. We would definitely recommend!!!

Great condo!

The condo itself was well stocked and very clean, and the location was great! Our only concern was with the condo association. It was very disappointing to learn that in this huge association, they do NOT recycle. What a waste!

Perfect condo just as listed. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Condo and complex were extremely clean and well kept. Easy to find and great location. Condo was well stocked w all the necessary items. Would stay again.

Perfect location

Property was as advertised except it said there was no washer and dryer-but happy to say the unit was equipped with a brand new washer and dryer when we arrived. Location is great for anything in old town. Close to the freeway for getting to other areas too. Nice beds and bedding. Good kitchen supplies. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Great Stay

We had a very nice stay at this location. The property was very clean, well-supplied, and just a mile walk to Old Town. I would suggest that some of the patio furniture needs to be replaced.

Sunrise Condos

Property was located in a good, central location and unit was well-stocked and adequately clean. Rented property specifically for use of pool and hot tub. Although pool and hot tub both looked clean, we were unable to use them as we hoped. A key fob was needed to get in and out and the key fobs left in the unit were out of date. Property manager was out of office Saturday through Tuesday and we left Tuesday. The home watch person was slow to reply and, ultimately, we were never provided with fobs that worked.

We had a wonderful time. The unit was clean, comfortable and convienent. Walking distance to golf course, greenbelt and grocery store. Pool was pristine and relaxing. We would definately rent this property again.
