Beautiful Waterfront Mediterranean Home W/ Heated Pool

Very quiet in a very good neighborhood – 5 minutes. By boat to the River, no locks. You reach the beach of Cape Coral (Closed April 2022 to 2024) at 2 minutes by car.
Kitchen equipment:
Luxury gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, American. Refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, fully equipped with high quality crockery and cutlery.
Max persons 8, minimum 7 days.
Other facilities:
Wireless high-speed Internet – free, flat screen TV, DVD player, car seat and children's high chair and travel cot.
All bathrooms have an extra shower, 2 master bedroom with king bed, 1 bedroom with queen bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Both master bedrooms have direct access to the pool area.
Outside:
Oversized patio area with large pool and hot tub in the indoor area, both elec. heatable. Outdoor shower, sun beds, barbecue gas grill, boat dock with electric. Boat lift is used by owner and not available for rental boats.

Rental boats can be docked at the captains walk.

Others:
Fishing tackle are available for free, garage for 2 cars.

Optional Fees:
Pool Heating: $25 per night for bookings of 3 weeks or less and $15 per night for stays over 3 weeks.

Fabulous location and amenities

This house lived up to the listing for sure. It rained on us Christmas Day all day long but we actually had a blast swimming and hot-tubbing. On the sunny days it was lovely to sit down by the pool and watch boats go by, and just enjoy being on the water. The location was convenient as well for our day trips to Fort Myers and Sanibel. We were two families of 4 (all adult children) and the room setup was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the lanai at the big table there that sat 8 comfortably.

Great home!

My family stayed here for a week and the home was just as advertised. The home was clean and the pool was our main hang out. Great location and easy access to the river/gulf.

Had a great time. Pool area was amazing. Spent most of our time there. Fishing was great off the dock as well.

Fantastic Vacation House

All I can say is this property is fabulous. It has such a unique floor plan that allows everyone to have their own space, yet every room gets you to another space so easily and quickly. The glass sliding doors everywhere allow you such easy access to the wonderful outdoor spaces. Then there is the best part, the lanai! The beautiful table is such a great centerpiece to this area. We ate every meal at it and couldn’t resist spending so many early mornings and late nights there. It was just such a calming place. Then add in the awesome pool, the tiki bar, the grill and the easy access to the dock, how could you not have fun! Great bedrooms, spacious kitchen, plentiful bathrooms. If we end up on vacation in this area again, we will stay here again. We have already told many of our friends about it.
