San Remo Condominium 207 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

San Remo is where you want to go if you’re in the know. This four-story upscale complex on picturesque County Road 30-A intertwines nature and creature comforts to ensure that you leave your vacation unwound and untangled! Each beautiful residence overlooks a large pool with spa, sprawling decks, a lake with fountain, and the lush natural vegetation that is a signature of this coastal area. Begin your day with a workout in the exercise room, and then stroll across the winding dune walkover for a relaxing day on the beach surrounded by crystal-like sand, swaying sea oats, and the soothing sun. When dinner time calls, gather your group around the grilling area for a family cookout and casual conversation. San Remo . . . we know the way.
Resting on the second floor of the gorgeous San Remo condominiums off picturesque scenic 30A is this beautifully decorated vacation rental. Beauty is everywhere here from the stunning, unobstructed views of the shimmering fountain, the pool deck and the Gulf outside to the charming décor. The granite countered kitchen enjoys views of the main areas and the private balcony overlooking the Gulf. You’ll want to sit back and relax on your private balcony and listen to the waves roll in. After an exciting day of playing at the beach or shopping, the master suite with a Jacuzzi bath will be waiting to say “this is the life”. Not one that likes to sit around? Try the fitness room or play a round at Santa Rosa Golf Club nearby. No matter what you choose, life is spectacular at 207 San Remo.

During Spring and Summer this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

This condo is a 2 bedroom plus bunk area with curtain privacy..

Great vacation

Our stay at San Remo was great as usual. This was the fifth time staying on property and we’ve tried a different unit each stay. All units are very well-maintained with the necessary amenities for a great vacation. we look forward to our next visit.

Great property

This was a great location and a wonderful stay for me, my wife and our 2 teenage daughters. Condo was significantly larger than we expected so we didn’t feel crowded. It was a short walk to gulf place with restaurants and shops. We will definitely go back.

Perfect Stay!

Everything was amazing from beginning to end. We decided to extend our stay 2 days and had a wonderful experience with Newman-Dailey. The condo was extremely clean and beautiful. We will stay here again.

Beach Condo

It was nice to be able to see the ocean (and pool area) from our patio and the beach was just a short walk away. There was only a small supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, & dishwasher detergent, so you need to bring all that yourself. And only salt n pepper for spices, just an FYI. The area was very safe and family friendly. We could easily walk to stores for shopping and restaurants. Bike and golf cart rentals were nearby too. Beautiful sandy beaches and clear turquoise ocean. They gave us free rental for 2 beach chairs and a sun umbrella, that was very nice, however most days it was too windy or over cast and they wouldn't allow us to have the umbrella/chairs. So be sure to have your own with for back up. The pool was heated, we were there beginning of April. At times the pool area got pretty busy and loud, but my younger kids really enjoyed it. Evening swims were enjoyable too, less kids. Hot tub was nice to have.

Beach trip with the grandsons

Enjoyed our stay! Condo was just as described and very clean. Well appointed with attention to every need. convenient being on the 2nd floor but still having an ocean view from the over sized balcony. Will definitely be coming for another visit
