The granite countered kitchen enjoys views of the main areas and the private balcony overlooking the Gulf. You’ll want to sit back and relax on your private balcony and listen to the waves roll in. After an exciting day of playing at the beach or shopping, the primary suite with a Jacuzzi bath will be waiting to say “this is the life”. Not one that likes to sit around? We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
