Not to worry, a relaxed mood becomes second nature with the beach in the front yard and a beautifully adorned condo to enjoy it from. A vacation at this South Walton vacation rental is truly a retreat from the ordinary. Each comfortable room features coordinated furnishings and lullabies courtesy of the soothing Gulf of Mexico. Special extras like a kid's bunk area, plus, the primary suite offers its lucky guests the chance to unwind in the serenity of the private bathroom tub.

Set in a quiet location along 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, San Remo enjoys the timeless beauty of untouched beaches, a lake and fountain, and a sunny pool deck and hot tub. Simply step out the patio doors and the warm Florida sunshine will greet you and lead you into sunkissed memories on the shores of the Gulf where Free Seasonal Beach Service is provided at the designated beach area. However, just out the front door and about a ten minute walk to the west you’ll find yourself at Gulfplace. Succulent seafood restaurants, upscale boutiques, bike rentals, and a general store are among the local offerings to top off your beach vacation at San Remo.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
Pets not allowed.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
