IOur home is light and airy and has a wonderful beach feel. Upstairs is the living area and kitchen that flows perfectly out to the deck that overlooks sand dunes and the beach. Beautiful long sandy beach directly over the rd. 10 mins walk to great cafe, bar and small supermarket. 5 mins drive to two malls. Beautiful views from living areas. Spacious house easily accommodates up to 12. Attractive waterways minutes from our house for biking and walking. Heated pool, fully fenced with outdoor seating to relaxing. Pool can be heated in the winter/autumn and cool in the summer. Some bikes available to use. Walking distance to cafe, gastro put and a fresh choice superette. Easy bike along water ways to Mall, more pubs, cafes, etc. 10 minutes drive to Bayfair Mall. Close to express way for access to Mount, Tauranga, Te Puke.

Fabulous home with pool, ideal for beach holidays for lots of people. Walk over the road in your bare feet and walk through the sand dunes to our stunning white sandy beach. Plenty of space to put mattresses down for extras in two of the down stairs bedrooms and in the garage. 4 provided. 3 bikes available for you to borrow to cycle to cafes, bars and supermarkets. boogey boards available to use on the beach. Out door hot shower for washing the sand off after the beach. Ideal for families. Not available for teenagers to rent or a house hold of young people. Loud parties are absolutely not permitted.
