Welcome to Serendipity Suites, a 1,932 sq ft luxury villa offering 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms (with the 4th bedroom as an unenclosed loft). This retreat is furnished with all the upgrades you could desire, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan ensures quiet and private bedrooms, creating a tranquil atmosphere.

Whether you're seeking relaxation or planning to immerse yourself in the surrounding landscapes, find comfort in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in our large family room.

Nestled in The Ledges of St. George, this location is perfect for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Only minutes away, explore a variety of hiking, biking, and ATV trails. Engage in world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and marvel at the views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges.

The house was very clean and comfy. Hot tub and pool were nearby and heated. Pickleball courts were also fun and close by.

We loved our stay

This property was amazing: new, very clean, thoughtfully decorated, all the amenities and supplies needed. We loved being close to Snow Canyon and bike trails. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great Christmas vacation!

Such a lovely place

This property was so beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The property manager was very helpful. Our children loved the swimming pool just down the lane. We would love to stay here again.

Well Stocked, Clean, and Comfortable

Perfect Place

This has been our favorite rental we’ve gone rented. It was clean, smart thinking about furniture for big groups. I felt like I was sleeping in my own bed, it was that comfortable.

Elevated Life

This property was everything as advertised. The staff were helpful when situations came up they were attentive. It was a perfect location to explore all Southern Utah has to offer. If you don't want to do all day exploring you can stay local and find trails and great pictures.
