Livingston offers 1,175 square feet of comfortable living space with exceptional outdoor living on the extended back deck and scenic Sedona views equipped with a fire pit and BBQ Grill for the full outdoor Sedona experience. The open-plan living area features an L-shaped sofa centered around a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV for movie nights, and a 6-seater dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances and all the kitchen amenities needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. Whether you choose to share a meal at the table or BBQ alfresco style on the deck, there is plenty of space to relax with friends and family and enjoy scenic Sedona living.

This immaculate Sedona vacation home sleeps 5 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom with double vanities and a large walk-in shower. The additional queen rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A comfortable night's sleep under Sedona’s star-spangled skies. And a Pack N' Play for the little ones!

The home was well maintained and there was plenty of supplies in the kitchen that made it easy to make and enjoy nightly dinners with my family. After dinner, we’d spend some time out on the porch or around the fire pit stargazing. You can see the Milk Way and catch some falling stars while listening to the local coyotes howl (eerie but beautiful). Location was perfect; most major trailheads and shopping areas were within 20mins (the red rock pass was a great bonus!). Definitely plan on coming back to Sedona and this home will be top on our list!

This was the perfect space for the two of us. The property is in a very nice neighborhood. I went jogging in the morning and felt 100 percent safe. Everyone is so friendly! Hiking trails are minutes away. Downtown Sedona is maybe a ten minute drive….maybe! Sitting out on the deck, you feel like you’re away from it all. It’s peaceful and quiet, we could hear the coyotes at night, and the stars! You get the beautiful dark skies at night so you can stargaze to your hearts content. My only suggestion is, the kitchen could have been stocked a little better. There were no trash bags, plastic storage bags or at least plastic wrap. We cooked our meals there and had no way to save our leftovers. Also, many of the spices were expired. We also would have appreciated extra tissues. The boxes supplied to us were nearly empty when we arrived and there were no additional tissues in the house that we could find. This is definitely not a deal breaker for us. We would highly recommend staying here and would happily rent it again.

This rental was CLEAN, well stocked, and a great location..(10 minutes to town)…they have everything you could possibly need here. I think they thought of everything... the house has a modern design and is tastefully decorated.. appliances are like new and work accordingly…a dress find for us!.. you will be glad you stayed here!!

Nice Place

This was a nice respite after long days on the trails. My only issues would be the TV setup-I don’t have a Roku account nor Firestick. The shower heads need to be changed out. Otherwise very nice, clean and comfy.

Thanksgiving vacation

it was a perfect location to have our Thanksgiving. there was enough room for five adults. the kitchen was well equipped to make Thanksgiving dinner. the location was excellent for hikes in the morning and coming back for lunch and going back out again. will be back again for sure

Cozy stay

Located close to crescent moon area, this was a nice quiet location in Sedona. We came in super late but no issue getting to and in the property. Has all your basic amenities. Very cozy and quiet. Loved the outdoor porch area for lounging and star gazing. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Cute Sedona House

We loved this cozy place! It was clean and well stocked. The patio was a great place to hang out day and night. It offered views of the red rocks during the day and shooting stars at night. The host was very responsive. We would certainly rent this house again.

The house was beautiful inside & out. The views from the large deck were amazing. Quiet neighborhood, it was perfect for us. Would totally recommend this place to anyone. Great place!

The house was just as advertised. The outdoor seating area and side porch with chairs and a hammock was fantastic for enjoying the weather. The house sits just outside of town so you have a clear view of the stars at night but also a short drive to town.

Great stay! Location and views were great! House and patios were perfect! So clean! Would recommend changing out or getting hard water scale off of the shower heads as they created bad spray patterns almost getting on the walls instead of just tile. The guest bath conditioner also seems to be shampoo and not conditioner. Would strongly recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay in the beautiful Sedona area.

Very convenient!

Excellent location

Comfortable property with most everything you could need. Very close to town but with a rural feel. My only comparing is that the house had a funky smell almost like stale cigarette smoke or old furniture that was a little off-putting but it went away after we got used to it. Rental company was very communicative and it was great having the filtered winter views of Cathedral Rock!
