A Getaway Retreat B 2/2 Pet Friendly

A fabulous totally remodeled and decorated east side unit 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath elevated two level duplex home. New tile floors throughout with kitchen with new appliances. Tasteful turnkey furnished king in the master and two twins in the guest room along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All in one Washer/Dryer in the unit.

This condo will accommodate 6. A tropical yard setting with a nice seating area.

A private sundeck to enjoy your sunrise morning coffee. Two car garage under building and a downstairs sitting area with grill and firepit. Newly painted interior and exterior.

This spacious duplex is located just 1 block to the bay, which offers a kayak launch, playground and basketball court. Walking distance to the Trolley stop and our white sandy beaches.

Beach cart and all your beach accessories are in a storage area located on the ground floor.

Need additional room needs? Bring your friends and family as the west side is also available. Pets welcome with a $150 Non-Refundable Pet Fee

Beautiful little place! And very comfortable! We didn't mind the short walk to the beach and loved having a nice place to relax when we weren't out!!

Overall wonderful

The only down was trying to figure out which door to enter once at the property, that wasn’t clear… and when other guests came to stay at the other duplex they took over the carport area and were quite loud but thankfully tapered off before too late.

We were pleasantly surprised that we got a full 2 bedroom place for the cost. The place was well kept and close to the beach. Everything wasteland and no overwhelming smells. There were bees by the front door and they came over to see what they could do within the hour. The amount of beach equipment was also great and for all ages. Would recommend this place and it's caretakers to anyone.

Nice Cozy Duplex Cabin

My stay here was short and sweet. The management texted me with information, but was never intrusive or disruptive. Check-in was very easy and hassle free. I wasn't aware that this was a duplex rental so that was a bit of a surprise. There's sufficient parking for both rentals without being cramped. The house itself could use some updating decor-wise. The closet doors were a little rusted so only one side opened. That was the only issue we encountered with the house. There was rain during our stay so we tried to clean as we went. The house is stocked with cleaning supplies (the vacuum being my favorite since we took our dog). The entire living area is on the 2nd floor so keep that in mind if you aren't able to go up stairs.

Perfect Vacation Spot

The property was perfect, quiet the inside of the house was beautiful and cozy everything you needed in the kitchen, was there. Also, my granddaughter left her cardigan, and they texted me to let me, it was mailed out to me the same day texted. Perfect vacation spot!!!

We would love to stay here again next Memorial Day weekend, and would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. We had a great time!

Great time!

We had a great time at this location! The property was clean and as expected. One thing for those arriving is to bring additional TP, paper towel, laundry soap, and kleenex. Also, if you plan to cook, you will need your own spices. That is not a slam at all, the property was great and we would rent again at this same location. It was nice to be close to the beach (2 blocks) and have a wagon to use.

Location was one block from intercostal and couple blocks from the Gulf in a quieter area, which we enjoyed. Beach gear and towels to use were appreciated. Kitchen stocked minimally, but we had what we needed. A pizza pan and pot holder would have been good. Bed and bath linens nice quality. Would stay here again when in the area. Thank you!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The dish washer did not clean very well. I reported the dish washer having mold issues. A repairman came the following day, he found the heating element was burned out. The washer dryer took on average 4 hours and 15 min. and to wash King size sheets, it would take 2 separate loads, not counting extra drying time. Over all I would not recommend this unit.

Great Labor Day Trip

We booked 3 weeks before the trip. Hurricane came through just days before our trip and we decided to continue once we got word from hosts that it was ok to come. Home was in a great location with a quick walk to the beach. Will be back!

The upstairs condo had parking for two vehicles, and one flight up for entry. The balcony was welcome outdoor space for morning coffee. We didn’t get to enjoy either the grill or the fire pit. There were lots of nearby restaurants that tempted us. The unit was clean, more than ample linens provided, including beach towels. The beds were comfortable. Thank you for a relaxing weekend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice small house that was able to fit our family of 4 plus grandparents. My husband complained a lot about the bed, I was fine with it. Kitchen could have some more drink glasses (for example, there was only one glass wine glass and one plastic wine glass), and more serving plates and pans.We found some dusty areas in the bathroom and bedroom, so they could improve the cleaning.The outside area has a nice table for lunch/dinner right by the grill and the outside shower was nice too. They had a very good beach wagon and decent beach chairs. I’m not sure about umbrellas since we always bring out canopy.Overall it was a nice place for a 4 days gateway!
