This newly renovated, furnished one-bedroom apartment is modern and clean, with a private entrance, large private bath, private washer & dryer, lap top workspace and secure off road parking.

The kitchen has white quarts counters, with a 2-burner cooktop and separate toaster-oven for baking. The fridge is full size, with a generous bottom freezer. Washer & dryer are available for your exclusive use.

Also:
- Relax and enjoy a 50-inch HDTV with super fast WiFi
- All utilities included: Gas (heat), electricity, WiFi, water, garbage/ recycling
- This apartment is a non-smoking, no shoes space, and we respectfully request that you leave your pets at home.

You will be located in a beautiful, safe semi-rural environment about 6 km from downtown Maple Ridge. The bus-stop is directly across the stress. Dominos is a 2 minute walk; Sav-On Foods, Starbucks, McDonalds, and pharmacy are a 15-minute walk. Beautiful Cliff Park, with hiking trails river and parks, is a 10-minute walk.

Great stay

The unit was exactly as advertised. Clean and quite spacious. Great full kitchen, however a larger stove would be better. Overall a great stay, bears in the front yard and all.

A cozy, spacious, and lovely suite

We loved this private beautiful house suite! It was extremely cozy and spacious. The kitchen was very well-equipped so we prepared and cooked delicious meals. The bathroom is huge and we loved their double sinks and bath tub! The bed was very cozy too and the mattress made of foam (not springs) was ultra soft and comfortable. The location is perfect for people that enjoy nature and would like to go for hikes in the wilderness (you can find trail heads just a few minutes away from this place) and there is a bus stop 3 minutes away. The owners are extremely welcoming, they care a lot about their place and we had a very nice and fun time exchanging with them about our stay and their house. The house is near a road with occasional traffic so there was a little bit of noise sometimes but it was not disturbing at all and we totally got used to it. Overall, we highly recommend staying in this lovely, comfortable, impeccably clean and spacious house unit. Happy journey!

Overpriced for what it was advertised for

Driveway too narrow on a SUPER busy street no visibility to get out of the friveway and ditches on both sides of the driveway Had to call a towing company as owner parked behind our vehicle Too dirty with so many fruit flies as too many soaking plants in the property Too noisy due to traffic Toilet makes water noise No cable Opened food packages were left during a pandemic Bed super low and was breaking 1 set of towels for 2 people Overpriced for what it is advertised for
