I had another property booked but realized that it was canceled due to a fire. I only realized this in route to the destination. Vrbo did not know either . They helped me cancel and refunded my money. They also helped me get another condo. The lady was just awesome. Because of the first one being canceled their insurance is paying up to my original booking on the second one. The second one was much more expensive. I booked the second one through Vrbo. The new condo was beautiful and a lot more expensive and roomy. My only complaint is after booking I was told by the host that the refrigerator was not working. She said there was a mini refrigerator in the laundry room. It was not plugged in when we got there so we plugged it in and had to wait until it cooled off to go to the grocery store the next day. The refrigerator was not fixed the entire time we were there. My complaint is not with the host. She was really nice. I just would have thought I would have gotten a credit for the refrigerator problem. I was never offered one.

We are thrilled that you found the condo beautiful and roomy, and we appreciate your kind words regarding our communication! As we discussed immediately upon your booking, the main refrigerator had unexpectedly stopped cooling shortly before your arrival. We wanted to be completely transparent so you had the choice to proceed with the reservation, and we provided a backup mini-fridge to ensure you still had a place to store groceries. We apologize that the backup was not plugged in prior to your arrival, but we are glad it served its purpose while we awaited the repair technician. We enjoyed hosting you and are so glad to hear you had a great time!

Best Condo Vacation

This was a great condo. Beautiful decor and beach style. The building is a little outdated looking on outside but remolded inside. Only gave it 4 stars because there was whilst sheets in guest room with blood stains. Trash those sheets. Some Towels smelled like cigarettes. And the chandelier is way too big! Blocks the beautiful water view! Plus I’m a tall woman every time I got up from chair I bumped my head on it. Great stay! Safe and steps from the sand and water! We will come stay again in this condo only from now on! Worth every Penny. The pool is only 3.5 Feet though! I wish it was a bit deeper, but the view is beautiful from the pool!
