Located only metres from the Barwon Heads Village Centre and an easy stroll to the river, beaches and golf links, this new townhouse offers all the luxury and convenience for a memorable getaway.
This quiet, private haven has coastal elegance and harmonious indoor-outdoor living. Three spacious bedrooms each with queen bed & ensuite, a separate powder room, fully equipped galley kitchen and laundry. Two light filled living areas, one on ground and one on upper level, both furnished with modern comfort in mind and 65” displays with Netflix & Foxtel.
The large North facing outdoor area with an undercover modular lounge, an inviting dining setting and an outdoor shower is the ideal space to relax and unwind.

Fabulous propertiy

Beautifully decorated with everything you could need the indoor outdoor feel of the property with a large deck and superb location. Walking straight out to Hitchcock Avenue just outside of the busiest area is perfect!

Fantastic Accommodation

We had a fantastic weekend at this property. It is fitted out with everything we could possibly need, spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable and a really great outdoor area. The location is great, quick and easy walk to shops, cafes, restaurants. Owner lovely and super easy to deal with. Highly reccomend this property!

Craig was very helpful and the check in process and early check in and late check out was the icing on the cake.Lovely and new with all the mod cons. The driveway was very tight so unfortunately we couldn’t park the car. There was plenty of parking on the streets nearby. We loved the upstairs retreat as an extra living area and in better weather we would make use of the fantastic outdoor area. Planning another trip later in the year.

Luxury, comfort, convenience

We had a great stay at this new townhouse, conveniently located right on Hitchcock Avenue a stone’s throw from the shops and restaurants, though towards the back of the property so nice and quiet. Craig was a great host, quick with comms and helpful. The townhouse itself is delightful. Sun-filled, very clean, private, beautifully and comfortably fitted out and furnished. Every bedroom has its own en suite. It was all even better and lovelier in person than it is in the photos. Would have to be one of, if not the best, 3br holiday rentals available in Barwon Heads I’d say. Would definitely stay again.

Stunning townhouse in a perfect location

This property has it all. Great location within walking distance to shops and cafes and Barwon Heads beach. All 3 bedrooms have large ensuite bathrooms. Great outdoor dining area with outdoor shower. A luxury home away from away. And the owner Craig was so easy to deal with. Loved our stay here.

The location in Barwon Heads was great - close walking distance to shops and restaurants and Craig was a great host - friendly, easy to contact and very helpful. The place was also very clean. Definitely a 5 star stay!
