Mountain Brook Condo #152 offers the perfect ski-in/ski-out experience for those looking to hit the slopes. This cozy condo features a fully equipped kitchen and living area, making it the ideal retreat for families or groups of friends. The large windows in the living area provide stunning views of the surrounding mountain landscape, making you feel truly immersed in nature. After a day of skiing, relax by the fireplace and take advantage of all the modern amenities this condo has to offer.

Sleeping Arrangements: First Bedroom Upper Level Queen, Second Bedroom Upper Level Double and Twin. Sleeps up to 6 guests.

Additional Sleeping Arrangements: Pullout sofa

Location: Mountain Brook Condos are located just minutes from the Base Lodge on Cahill Lane, nearby the Morning Glory Trail. 7.8 miles to downtown Rangeley, 14.8 miles to downtown Oquossoc, and 1.7 miles to Saddleback Base Lodge.

FAQs: Two vehicles only! Additional vehicles can park at one of the public lots near the Base Lodge.

The cleanliness of the condo could be improved upon. Towels were dirty, several spare linens and blankets were dirty and stained, silverware and glassware was dirty and needed rewashing prior to use. The shower curtain liner needs replacing as this was dirty as well.

Ski in ski out condo

Arrived to a very clean condo! Everything we expected was there. We did think there was a washer and dryer but maybe that was the other one that froze. Thank you for being able to secure us another one after that unfortunate subzero weather! I will be calling to book again for the February holiday week in '24. It was so nice to have 1 1/2 bathrooms.

Hi - we loved the condo the location was great. However - the kitchen utensils and pots and pans were the cheapest possible and very low quality and quantity. It would be great to invest in some of these so those that cook can do so with cutting boards, shapper knives and more utensils.

Welcome Home

We were frequent renters of the Mountain Brook Condo complex before Saddleback closed 5 years ago. We have really missed the mountain and missed the convenience of staying at the condos. Now with COVID and worries about transmission in crowded lodges, we were thrilled to return to Saddleback from the safety of our own condo. It was just like we remembered. Convenient, comfortable, and relaxing. Plenty of space for a family of four and all their gear. Everything was super clean and high quality. The kitchen has everything you need for four. Wifi was strong enough for the kids to do their remote learning. We will be back.
