1011 N Bayfront A is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. The layout of the home was designed for entertaining and the ground floor patio allows vacationers to enjoy bay front living at its finest. This 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, front house, has a generous master bedroom facing the bay front, with plenty of windows to capture the essence of island living. Each bedroom has their own bathroom to complete the upstairs living space. Downstairs, there is a spacious living room with a dining nook and powder room just off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, containing all the essentials with direct access to the garage close by. There is an oversized one car garage with a washer and dryer included in the space. Located off the garage on the street is an extra parking spot.
Explore the beach on the Balboa Peninsula via the ferry off Agate Ave. The Balboa Village and Balboa Pier are also a short ferry ride away. On the Balboa Peninsula you can relax along the pristine beaches, go surfing nearby, check out the Balboa Fun Zone, and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants. The walkability of the property is excellent, and the premises is a close stroll away from the Marine Ave. shops and restaurants that make Balboa Island a worldwide vacation destination.

The walkability of the property is excellent, and the premises is a close stroll away from the Marine Ave. shops and restaurants that make Balboa Island a worldwide vacation destination. - No parties or gatherings.
- We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
