Great location, could use a few updates
Outside of the building, grounds, elevator, are rundown. Location is fantastic, right on the beach. Inside of condo is well kept, but could use a few renovations- some of the furniture was dirty, beds need more comfortable mattresses, new rugs in main area(dirty). Pictures on line made it look bigger than it is, it was fine for the 3 of us, but I can’t imagine 4 or 5 without feeling cramped. Bedrooms are ‘bed’ rooms- room to walk around the bed and that’s it. It would have been nice to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms, we were awoken each morning with sun coming through the cracks in the blinds, or by the neighbor slamming their front door which is right next to the master bedroom wall. Water pressure in the shower is low. Overall could use a designer update, feels very 80’s-90’s. Even just painting the walls gray, getting new furniture, lights and wall fixtures, paintings, mirrors would add to the appeal. If it weren’t for the location I would have given 3 stars. Next time we will head out to Duck or Pine Hills. Fine for a family beach centered vaca with kiddos.
