Cottage 280 is oceanside with just a short walk over the dunes to the beach, family-friendly activities, restaurants and dining, and great views.
This 6 bedroom smoke free, pet free, ocean-side cottage is great for a family getaway. It features a spacious living/dining room with gas fireplace, a kitchen, a large back deck & laundry room. There are views of the ocean from the second floor as well as some ocean views from the large deck. Each bedroom features a TV and there is a TV in the living area. This rental is the whole house.

First Level (3 Bedrooms):
Master Bedroom - 1 King Bed with Full Bath
Upper Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed with 1/2 Bath
Lower Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds with Full Bath

Second Level (3 Bedrooms):
Bedroom 1 - 1 Double Bed
Bedroom 2 - 1 Double Bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 Twin Beds
All three share 1 Full Bath

Note: All bathrooms have showers only, no tubs.

This house is raised and requires stairs.
There is a laundry closet under the house, as well as an outdoor shower.
This home is on the ocean-side, and is just a few steps over the dunes to the beach.
The home also has a back deck to gather.

The property has a community pool that our guests are welcome to enjoy!

There are some community areas like the pool that are in shared spaces.
Other things to note
You will have access to the outdoor pool at our adjacent property (open seasonally) & there is Wi-Fi. Please note all the 3 full baths in this rental have showers only (no tubs). Linen/towels are provided for your stay (there are 24 sets of towels provided for your stay) though they are not refreshed.

Please bring items such as: paper products, hair dryer, coffee filters, toiletries, trash can liners, dishwasher/dishwashing detergent, laundry soap, beach towels and beach chairs ,etc.
