This home features the popular reverse floor plan for great ocean views and the top floor features an open floor plan for all to gather. Mealtime will certainly be special - the gorgeous kitchen is complete with range, wall oven, microwave, 2 dishwashers and plenty of tools to create memorable meals together. Enjoy time spent together at the large dining table with seating for 14 and kitchen bar seating for 4. There are two spacious living room areas, one on each floor, and both floors have wet bars/beverage areas. Each floor has access to an oceanfront deck.

Your beach rental is located approximately 2 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. it's an easy drive to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

Once you arrive, you’ll feel like you’re in your own private oasis. Private beach access takes you from the yard or the 1stfloor deck directly down to the sand. Feel like a break from the sand, relax beside your own private swimming pool. Relax on one of the two oceanfront decks, one sundeck and one covered for shade. When it’s time for dinner, bring on the burgers and hang out in the private grassy back yard with gas grill. Secure all your gear in the two-car garage for parking and storage. This home has it all!
