Family of 4

Cabin was beautiful and clean, just right the size for a family of 4. Our two kids (10 & 14) slept on the pullout sofa and slept great! Playing pool was a little challenging (limited room) but still a good time! Hot tub was clean and the view was nice! Our stay was pleasant, we will definitely be back!

Even though you are among lots of other cabins, you just feel secluded. Really appreciate the curtains on the edge of the porch to close if we wanted to.

Honeymoon escape

Is was a beautiful cabin ! We felt like we had the perfect amount of privacy and it was nice and clean ! We had a wonderful stay hated having to leave !!

Beautiful cabin

Spent 5 nights over Memorial Day weekend. For whatever reason our code to get into the cabin was changed at the very last minute. The code did not work. Made several calls and after about 30 minutes or so we were finally able to get into the cabin, we still had no code. Maintenace came by the next morning(unannounced). He was kind and gracious and was able to get the door code(original) working. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. View from the porch/deck were beautiful. As we were getting ready to leave a little cub started to come up on the porch until it realized that my wife was sitting there. Both were startled.

Stay in Gatlinburg

Home was very nice. Some minor issues like batteries dead in remotes, broken bedside lamp, only one kitchen towel, and too much chlorine in hot tub, but we were able to accommodate and our stay was relaxing, restful, and cozy. Loved the fireplace!

Decent Stay

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights here. Overall the experience was decent, however we encountered a few frustrations. There was an issue getting the entry code that took a little bit to resolve as there was no clear number to call; just text. Additionally, we noticed mold on the window in the bathroom, we found a previous guests’ shirt by the bed, and the kitchen came with the bare minimum. There were no coffee filters, spices, or things of that nature. Lastly, if you are looking for a secluded place this is NOT it! We were woken every morning by leaf blowers (one day it was even rainy so that made no sense!), and cabins nearby are close enough we could hear people sitting on their patios talking or kids being loud. Overall a decent stay but probably won’t return.

Quiet and Perfect Oasis

This is a beautiful wall appointed little cabin. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to enjoy all the activities the perfect place to wake up in the morning on your balcony to start the morning with a cup of coffee, overlooking the mountains, as well as nd the day after a long hike in the hot tub.

Amazing

The perfect getaway having opportunities to go into town and try new things or we could choose a more private and relaxed day at the cabin. The whole experience was beyond amazing!

Not private at all no mountain views trees overgrown crying kids next door cabins to close and hot tub area not private snd neighbors driveway light was blinding couldn't sit on on deck at night blinds on deck but would not be able to no if bear was close because deck is so close to trash can

Relaxing Family Vacation

Our family of 4 stayed at this property. It was perfect for our needs. It’s a great location that’s close to everything, but also secluded enough that it’s quiet and relaxing. Also, the amenities like the swimming pool area are great for children. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great family vacation

Fantastic property. Close to downtown Gatlinberg, and a short drive to Pigeon Forge. Very clean, fine amenities, definitely a cozy and fun place. I would 100% recommend this property to a friend.

Cute cabin!

Very nice cabin, super clean and cozy with easy access to the shops and restaurants. Our only hiccup was we had to contact Jackson Mountain homes for the check-in information. It wasn’t sent to us by check-in time but was sent immediately after we called. Would definitely stay there again and would also rent with Vrbo/Jackson Mountain Homes again.

Lovely cabin and mountain views

We enjoyed our stay very much. The mountain views, from the porch and the hot tub, we're gorgeous. We sat in the hot tub with cups of coffee and watched the sun come up over the mountains. The cabin was clean, warm, and cozy. We cooked most of the time, and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking equipment. We will definitely stay again.

Great view and Access

The location of the cabin was GREAT, easy access to EVERYTHING and GREAT view every day!!! Comfortable bed and good supplies of necessities in kitchen. Really enjoyed are stay, THANK YOU!

Family vacation

We had such a fantastic time, property was minutes away from Gatlinburg with a great view of the mountains. Cozy cabin, very clean & the hot tub was nice on the chilly nights. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great view from front porch.

Two rocking chairs and a working hot tub to rest while gazing at the mountains. Inside, the bedroom and baths were very clean. Pool table was in need of some TLC along with couch. House had everything you would need to prepare meals even a ninja blender. We liked the peace and quite too and still very close to down town Gatlinburg.

Perfect for 2!

We absolutely loved this cabin! It had everything we needed. The hot tub was definitely relaxing after our 6 hour drive. Gorgeous scenery, southern manners! Can't wait to return! BTW, there's PLENTY of room to play pool upstairs.

Great Location but needs TLC

Great Location and a very nice Log Home community to stay at. The grounds were nicely kept and it felt safe. Close to Smoky Mountain National Park, restaurants, shopping & activities. The cabin itself was very nice but some of the interiors needed some tlc. Bed comforter appeared worn & the pillows were very used and needed replaced. Ironing board pad was so thin, the imprint of the board ended up on your clothes after ironing. Two cabinet doors were off the bottom hinges when we arrived (husband fixed them). Bedroom dresser drawer guides were broken and drawers would fall out when open (watch your toes). Hot tub light was burned out and cup holders were broken leaving sharp edges. While these things aren't deal breakers to stay here again, these are some things that needed attention to gain a 5 star review.

Loved our stay here

We really loved the cabin-perfect for two people. Had a nice view overlooking the mountains from the porch (and the hot tub was also on the porch) so that made it even more relaxing. Black hair Falls is a nice community to stay and we would return again.
