Live the beach life on your next vacation in this beautiful direct ocean front condo on the 4th floor. The living room and master bedroom overlook the ocean with sliding doors to the private balcony; grab a coffee and enjoy the stunning sunrise over the Atlantic! This amazing unit features a full kitchen with a dishwasher and is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils, as well as a washer and dryer. Guests may use the beach locker stocked with beach chairs and sand toys too! 2021 updates include a new master bathroom and flooring. There are 2 TV's, WIFI, Chromecast and a dedicated work space.

Surf's Edge is a mid-sized building in a less built-up area, there are plenty of restaurants around and a grocery store a block away. The condo offers 2 car parking spaces and an elevator. No Smoking. No Pets.

Beautiful Condo

We loved this condo! It was perfect for the four of us. The furnishings were just beautiful. My "bartender" brother in law was very impressed with the nice barware, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The desk workspace was helpful to those who had to do a little remote work while there. The location is central to everything as well which is another plus!

Kitchen was stocked with cooking and eating utensils as well as pots/pans. It was very clean, and the ocean view from the balcony and bedroom was stunning!

The perfect beach getaway

We absolutely enjoyed our beach vacation at this beautiful Surf’s Edge condo! The condo is well taken care of and the owners put much thought into the extra comforts throughout the condo. You truly feel like you’re at home. The beach locker to store our beach gear was awesome to have. The view is magical; morning coffee is so much better with an OC sunrise! We cannot wait to come back next summer!
