The Space:

Annandale Lodge has a beautiful open plan kitchen with all modern appliances. The property is equipped with its own, purpose built, drying room and ski/snowboard rack. In the lounge you'll find a beautiful, locally crafted feature gas fireplace along with aircon/heatpump. Polished solid wooden floors set the scene throughout the dining/kitchen/living areas and the bathrooms both have under-floor heating. All bedrooms are kept cosy with built-in heaters. There is a full laundry including tumble dryer.

Annandale Lodge features two identical master bedrooms with a full, spacious, shared bathroom. There are also two bunk rooms boasting spacious, solid, built in bunks with a Queen on the bottom and King Single above, comfortably accommodating children of any age, through to teens and adults. This Wanaka holiday home is best suited to 2 families or 4 couples. Sleeps 8, 10 by negotiation.

All beds, including bunks, are fitted with quality, inner sprung 'Sleepyhead' mattresses which are completely encased in hypoallergenic 'bug lock' mattress protectors. In addition, there is another layer of moisture proof mattress protector. This is then covered with snug 100% NZ Wool Mattress Toppers. All our duvet inners are either 100% NZ Wool or quality Feather/Down.

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen with King Single Bunk on top (sleeps 3)

**There is a highchair and port a cot available free of charge. You will need to bring your own baby bedding. Please ensure you request these at time of making the booking**

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

The Neighborhood:
Annandale Lodge sits above Lismore Park which offers a mountain bike track and jump park along with frisbee golf. It is a 5-minute drive to Sticky Forest, where you'll find some of the area's best mountain bike trails

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
