We understand how important accurate property descriptions are when planning a trip. However, upon review, we show communication was made with our 24/7 guest Services Team and our Management Team, regarding the condition of the road, and our local Operations Team was notified, and they advised the road is in good condition and accessible by a 4x4 vehicle. This information is also listed in the My Rental section of the guest portal, which is sent to all guests 14 days prior to arrival. Jennifer, thank you for taking the time to write a review for your stay at Above and Beyond. We are sorry if the location of the grill inconvenienced you. The grills are mounted in the ground in the specific locations due to HOA rules and fire and safety regulations. We have since gotten with our maintenance team and a broom has been placed in the unit.Thank you for letting us know how we can improve the Jackson Mountain Homes experience for all our guests.
