Coast of Somewhere Beautiful has everything you need for the perfect beach stay!  Three stories of living space offers room for everyone. An in-home elevator provides convenient access to each level. A reversed floor plan, with the kitchen and main living area on the top floor allows for great ocean views off the deck.  The first floor provides additional space with a second living room and wet bar.  Outdoor amenities include a tiki bar with mini-fridge, sink, TV and pool.. The pool can be heated for an additional $125/day during the off season. Views can be found from every balcony front and back! The location provides easy access to the island shops and pier. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. Come enjoy the finest Sunset Beach has to offer!

This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

Beautiful Home with loads of potential

This house is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect. Surfaces were clean but there were many things broken and it was in need of a serious deep cleaning. Apparently previous rented had just vacated the premises the day we checked in so hopefully all these things will be fixed for future renters. Office staff could NOT have been nicer!! Highly recommend Sunset Properties

Great stay!

Beds and linen were very nice. Furniture is showing wear but not everyone takes care of furniture. The bathrooms were cleaned very well!. Floors could use a good cleaning. Second floor felt sandy. The tiki bar and furniture out there had not been cleaned at all. No problem, we bought cleaner and cleaned to use. Grill does not work! Don't know who is keeping pool in order. It was marginally clean when we got there. Water was dangerously low and this could burn your pump out. Chairs outside in bad condition (only three) Could use an umbrella and a few more chairs.l Everything else was great. Not being critical so much as hope this will help with future visits. Had a great stay. Internet does need to be updated also!

Nice place to relax

The house was within walking distance to the beach and there’s also parking options if you want to drive. The beach wasn’t too crowded which we liked and you are close to Calabash & Ocean Isle. We thought the house was going to have toilet paper and soap in each of the 5 bathrooms, nope we had to go out and buy toilet paper and hand soap. The house only came with 2 rolls. The house could have used a deep clean the bathroom sink faucets had pink mold. The tv in the backyard wasn’t working and management did come out and place a small working tv. The floor plan of the house really worked for us. 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor, 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and all with full bathrooms plus an extra half bath.

Great house All the amenities were terrific

House was not as clean as I would have expected. Floors were dirty. We bought a mop to wash them. Also very dusty. Other than that it was very nice

Lovely

The house was lovely and steps from the beach. Pool and jacuzzi were ice cold so if you want it heated, ask for it in advance. The house was clean, a bit dusty in some areas but not too bad. Would definitely visit again!
