Looking for a family friendly retreat? Or a home base to tour Phillip Island?

Located 20 minutes away from San Remo, Coronet Bay has a tidal, family friendly swimming beach and has a number of local walking tracks

The property is newly completed (June 2020) 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, upstairs kitchen and living with a downstairs rumpus for the kids. Split system air conditioner and heater located both upstairs and downstairs.

Stunning Deck provides views of brilliant sunsets. It overlooks Coronet Bay Recreation Reserve park, playground and BMX track. Backyard privacy, with a fully fenced backyard and frontyard, and gate access to the reserve.

10 minute walk to family friendly coronet bay foreshore. Outdoor shower located on property to rinse the sand off at the end of a lovely beach day.

Electric kitchen upstairs (includes microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and saucepans). Extra fridge in the garage for surplus goodies. Six burner barbecue located on the deck.

6 seater dining chairs inside and a large 10 seater outdoor dining set on the deck.

Upstairs and downstairs living areas contain a chaise lounge and TV. Downstairs rumpus has a Nintendo Wii and games, table for board games, and an outdoor table and chairs.

Comfortably parks three cars, with garage access available to guests.

Short trip to many attractions - 30 minutes to Phillip Island (Penguin Parade, Seal Rocks, Koala Sanctuary, Chocolate Factory and several wineries)

Great accommodation

I had a wonderful stay at this house in Coronot Bay. The location is perfect, with easy access to the bay just a short walk away—ideal for enjoying the water. Great accommodation for a group.

Clean, new and modern, well equiped. Sadly no WiFi for overseas visitors but otherwise a perfect spot within easy reach of local beach and Philip Island.

Getaway

The property was in a wonderful location, close to key attractions like San Remo, Phillip Island and Inverloch, but far enough that the town wasn't super busy. Check in was very simple and the property had everything we needed for a relaxing few days.

Weekend Getaway

Had the best stay with my friends. There is a beautiful deck out back with stunning sunset views. The property has everything you need, games, DVDs, a huge deck, BBQ, clean washrooms, laundry and drier.

Great house for a getaway

The communication from the host was great, house was extremely clean and inviting, it had a range of things including board games etc for the kids (and adults), dvd's, Nintendo Wii and games, beds were very clean and comfy. Overall, it was a great, modern house with plenty of room! Highly recommend it.

Mother daughter escape

Lovely new property, with great amenities. Comfy furnishings and beds, with plenty of space. Excellent communication with property owner, who was so very helpful. Beautiful little quiet community, great beach and so handy to Inveloch, Phillip Island and so much more.

Fantastic Stay in Coronet Bay!

Spotless property with everything needed for a fantastic stay! Lockbox is near hose on right hand side of property. Make sure to stock up before you arrive - few stores available near by. Beautiful water views from upstairs deck and near park/playground in the backyard. One of the cleanest rental properties we have ever experienced- thank you!

Great location, view and at-home feel!

Loved staying here! The kids had their own hang out space in the 2nd downstairs living area, this was absolute gold! Felt like we actually got to relax, with a beauitiful view from the very spacious balcony upstairs. Cooking was easy as everything available in kitchen. Beds were comfy and linen was great. Right next to park, pump track and basketball court. Short drive to walks and bike rides. Close enough to Phillip Island or Inverloch etc. Beach really close. All round winner. Will definitely be staying here again. Also Host Simon allowed a later checkout! Thanks Simon!
