Perfect Vacation!

This house is so beautiful and was absolutely perfect for our needs. The kitchen is fully stocked and it feels so private with an unobstructed view of the bay. Great location and easy bike ride to P-town. We highly recommend this place for anyone!

Beautiful view and so quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the biking and hiking trials. The house was perfect and had everything that we needed. We are hoping to return next year!

well-kept home with easy great beach access

Stayed here with my partner and two young children. It was perfect! Felt like new appliances, well-stocked kitchen. Beautiful deck and easy access to a beach that has huge sand bars at low tide that are perfect for little kids. Would stay again!

Amazing view from the terrace and house

We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the view and our meals on the terrace. Kitchen was well equipped. Overall price too high, service should include preparing beds.

Amazing in every way!

We stayed for two weeks in this lovely home and it was truly amazing! The view from the deck was spectacular, with the most beautiful sunsets. We loved being steps from the beach it was so convenient, and the kids enjoyed exploring the tidal flats. The interior of the house was just as wonderful. The house was super well stocked with everything you need. The rooms were spacious, and it was great to have AC on muggy days to cool down. Working with Kinlin Grover was excellent. Would rate 6 stars if I could!

Gorgeous cottage. Amazing view

Very comfortable and well appointed newly updated cottage. Most well equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. 180 degrees plus beach and water views, big comfortable deck. All amenities you could hope for and very clean. We hope to return.

Location Location Location

Excellent place to stay to enjoy P-town and the surrounding area. Easy commute into town via the convenient shuttle which passes right out front or a quick bike ride into town, but you also have peace, quiet, and a commanding view of the water from almost any spot in the house. Looking forward to visiting again.
