The huge family size kitchen features plenty of bench preparation space, a gas stove and oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. Dining options include gathering around the central 10 piece dining table or selecting the fabulous balcony dining with views across the dunes and an ocean glimpse.
The adjoining living room offers stylish comfortable furnishings, a wide screen TV, and easy access to the BBQ and outdoor living. There is a second living area located on the ground floor offering direct access to a large timber deck. Split system heating and cooling in the main upstairs living area and gas heating in the rumpus room downstairs, with Wi-Fi throughout.

All bedrooms are supplied with an oil heater.

There are 3 bedrooms located upstairs, accommodating 6 guests via 3 x queen beds. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs featuring a queen, and a double/single bed bunk, accommodating 5 people.
