Triathlon Weekend

House was just like photos. Great location and convenient to everything you need. Our family of 7 fit comfortably. Had plenty of supplies to cook dinner at the house. Chairs on front porch were a nice place to hang out with the cooler weather.

Beautiful place

The house was amazing, comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. The garage is really steep so probably not great with snow but the place was great!

Hiker’s Perfect Location

Great location to hike all over Flagstaff and Sedona. Big rooms, lovely dining, living and kitchen area. Upstairs room does not have a bathroom and a bit warm but we managed just fine. Highly recommend.

Great Location

Cozy stay with family and friends. We appreciated the open common space and the fact that the property was central to all the stores. Location was ideal for taking day trips to Williams and to the South Rim Grand Canyon. Side notes: The driveway was extremely steep; unable to park our van (impossible when it snowed). The trash bins were in the garage, therefore, the smell was not pleasant each time we walked through to get in or out.

Cute Mountain Home

My family and I rented this home along with 2 other families. There was a lot of snow, the house was cute and cozy. Plenty of space to cook and hang out. The kids loved the back yard - playing in the snow. Great property.

Great place

The driveway is not very accessible for cars but higher off the ground vehicles did fine. The majority of the bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms are downstairs with one huge bedroom upstairs. It was a cozy place to stay for 8 adults and 3 kids. We did buy an air mattress for the kids to sleep on though.

Great place for family getaway!

This house had plenty of very comfy bads. It nice to find a house with only larger beds. Bunkbeds are not an option with all adults. Kitchen was nicely equipped and had everything we needed.

This place is just lovely! We were a group of 7 and enjoyed our stay so much. The house is cozy and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

Great Horseback Riding Getaway

My daughter has a horseback riding show at the Coconino County Fairgrounds. This place was perfect as you could take the frontage road to the fairgrounds. We didn’t even need to get on the highway and it was about a 4 minute drive! Downtown was also less than 10 minutes away. There is also a Basha’s, Walmart and a plethora of food and shopping spots about 1 minutes away.

Beautiful well stocked home in the pines

Beautiful clean well stocked. Comfortable beds and hot high pressure showers! We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit after hiking all day at Kachina and Kelly Canyon trails! Owner was super accommodating!

Perfect spot

This house was the perfect size for our family and friends. It pretty much had everything that was needed, except for extra linens for the sofa bed. Otherwise it was great. Would definitely return again!

The house and the location was great. We had everything we needed. They even accommodated our request to check in early. Our teenage boys loved the second floor too! All around wonderful experience.

Love the house and the area

The house was amazing and the location was great walked outside and the kids had a lot of space to play in the snow and across the street they had a big area where they can sled .. amazing place to vacation for the snow !!

Great house for a family

Stayed for 2 nights with 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Plenty of room and comfortable bedding. Kitchen was well stocked and Bashes and Walmart are just down the road. Fast response from the management team. Had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Great location in Flagstaff with a cute backyard and tons of street parking. When winter hits there’s a garage and the driveway for parking (if you’re trusting enough of your e brake to park at that steep of an incline). House was cute and water tank solid enough to keep up with 12 people. I didn’t check the actual bed count when booking so if you plan to sleep 12…. Bring an air mattress or two to fit everyone comfortably. Overall really enjoyed it!

Great Home in Flagstaff

This home was perfect for our party. We came up for a Softball Tournament. The house had everything we need, from sleeping to amenities. Great location, close to everything, but away from the traffic
