Lovely Light and Bright Queens Grant Villa!

You will fall in love with this wonderfully decorated Queens Grant villa! Recently refreshed with new paint throughout, the vibrant, colorful tones create a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

The kitchen is quite large and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is open to the living space of the villa. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats six. Beyond the dining area, the living room is nicely decorated with a leather sofa and loveseats along with a wall-mounted HDTV. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. The living room provides easy access to the brand-new, large composite private deck just beyond its sliders. There is a gas grill to cook up meals for your friends and family!

The primary bedroom consists of a king bed, HDTV, and an en-suite primary bathroom with a tiled tub and shower combination. The second bedroom contains two double beds, HDTV, and an en-suite guest bathroom with a tiled tub and shower combination.

Outside on your private deck, you will enjoy a nice outdoor dining with seating for six and two lounge chairs for chilling out. This Queens Grant villa is centrally located, providing very easy access to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has to offer; the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, Pickleball courts, Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and driving range, General Store and Alexanders Restaurant. The beach can be accessed by a 5-10 minute bike ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, a seasonal (and free) on-call shuttle service.

This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.

Huge Space, Great location & Price

This worked so well for my friends and I. We were with a group renting another condo, and it was so easy to walk between them. The large kitchen and table seating was fantastic. Perfect stay.

We called and there was a technician at the door within 10 minutes and it was fixed! We love the location of the unit (5 minute bike ride to beach, quick walk to pool and general store). The unit is very large and quiet! The deck is lovely. Kitchen was updated and well equipped. The unit is in need of updating overall. The carpet in the bedrooms needs to be replaced. Bed in the primary bedroom was not very comfortable.

Reviewer Comments: The villa in 526 was not cleaned properly when we arrived - a dirty bottle was by the couch. Upon a request to have things cleaned up, the job was mediocre to say the least. There was no garbage can in the entire villa. The patio in 646 needs repair and gardening needs to occur. There are many overgrown bushes making access to the pool difficult. I continue to wait for a refund for the cleaning part of what I paid. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of both villas.

We got rained out at the Fazio course. Harbour Town was worth the drive. The weather was cloudy and damp, so we did not getto the beach. The property we rented met our needs. It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable.
