Beautiful views of the Gulf in this 2 Bedroom condo

We had a very nice stay at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This condo had two bedrooms with a king bed in each bedroom. A walk-in shower in one bathroom and a tub in the other one. Plenty of towels and comfortable furniture. The condo is on the 12th floor and the views were awesome!

Fall Break

Fall Break with the family. The room was great and as advertised. Very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We have stayed at the Luau numerous times and this was the best view we have had. Only downside was the pool was very cold this time of year. We thought it was going to be heated, but it was not. We will stay here again.

A weekend full of cheer

It was a nice place and close to the beach. It was clean and well stocked. The only few issues we had were in the main bedroom, the air didn’t seem to work properly and it stayed pretty warm in there and the communication from the company was horrible until we had a number to call for someone specific. I can say they were very accommodating as we came in much earlier than check in and they allowed us to go ahead and check in. I’d definitely stay here again and am only making note of those things in hopes the owner sees this and fixes the small issues.

Beautiful, clean and exactly as pictured

This condo was perfect for us. It was just my Husband and I, but this would have been the perfect condo if we had brought our three kids or even a few other couples. Plenty of room, relaxing, close to restaurants, activities, pool, hot tub and walking distance to the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed our coffee outside every morning. We will definitely be back!

Cleaning

The place is very nice and cozy, but the cleanliness is terrible. The apartment was very dirty, dust everywhere, the bathrooms were also very dirty. They only left 2 toilet paper to use for a week. They didn't have enough garbage bags either.

Would not stay in this room again.

The rooms weren’t very clean. The blinds in one of the bedrooms wouldn’t open. The sliding door was too hard to open and close and the handle was almost broken. The tables were glass so not kid friendly. We lost water while we were there, I called and emailed both contacts and the 2nd point of contact called me back TWO days later! We were without water for over an hour during the morning hours. There are not enough towels and wash cloths in the main bathroom. Overall I would not chose to stay at this location again.

Relaxing weekend away

My friend and I stayed at this property for her birthday weekend at the beach. The view was simply amazing, especially at sunset. Parking was close and very convenient, unlike some high rise condos in the area. We loved the split plan of the unit and we both had lots of privacy if we wanted and the living area was centrally located. There were a few small maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but overall it was a lovely condo and weekend away. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Family Trip!

We really enjoyed this unit! It was clean and exactly as pictured. The broom that was in the room was terrible so we did purchase a new one and left it for whomever stays in the future. The pool was awesome. The beach was a little crowded so we drove the state park every day but not the units fault! The only thing I would suggest is a thicker blanket on the beds and a new dryer. It took the dryer forever to dry our clothes!

Great condo- Great Location.

Absolutely beautiful, spacious condo with amazing water views from every room. Property owner was very easy to get ahold of and had a quick response time with questions. I did almost miss the check in email because I was expecting it to come from VRBO, but it came from the Evolve company. Not a big deal once I realized it. Overall this a great vacation rental and we will definitely return here again.

Miramar trip

The property is nice however this unit needs to be updated and cleaned. It served its purpose but I wouldn’t stay in that unit again. Property management was great. I thought I was checking out on a Monday however the reservation correctly stayed Sunday departure. I quickly called when I realized my mistake and the property manager extended my stay by a day.

Could've been perfect with better customer service from property management company

Overall, the property was good. It was in a good location and close to the beach. The pool was great and water was a great temperature. The condo itself was spacious for our family of 5. However, the customer service exhibited by the property management company (Evolve) was very unsatisfactory. The communication beforehand was lacking and inaccurate. First, I had to reach out the day prior to arrival to find out what condo we were assigned. This was never communicated to me beforehand until I initiated the communication. Second, upon arrival at the property there was a gate that required a code to access the parking garage. I wasn't informed beforehand there would be a gate that required a code, nor was I provided the code prior to arrival. I had to call the property manager to obtain the code. When I was provided the code, I asked if there was a code for the door of the property. I was told yes, and then I was provided the code. Again, I had to initiate the communication to obtain the correct code. The email I received prior to my arrival said the code was going to be the last four digits of my cell phone number. However, the code I was provided was not the last four digits, and it was four consecutive numbers that probably never change and are easy to remember. Third, we never received the appropriate wristbands to access the pool. Upon reaching out to Evolve to inform them, they were not aware the wristbands had changed to access the pool. I was also told this would be rectified and the appropriate wristbands would be provided to us the next day. As the next day continued to progress, I never heard from Evolve. Therefore, I called them to only be informed they were unable to provide me the appropriate wristbands. Luckily, those who were enforcing the policy listened to our explanation and allowed us to access the pool. However, each day we had to explain ourselves to those who monitored access. One security staff person even responded that Evolve has repeatedly failed to provide guests with the appropriate wristbands to access the pool. Finally, the dryer in the unit wouldn't work properly. It would work and then shut off prior to finishing repeatedly. Due to Evolve's actions on other matters, I didn't report this to them until after I left. Again, the property itself was good. Evolve's lack of customer service was unsatisfactory.
