Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance of multiple restaurants, including an on-site beach bar and café. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts, mini golf, basketball courts, and shuffleboard. If you're visiting during holidays featuring fireworks, you'll have one of the best seats on Miramar Beach.

We provide two beach chairs, umbrella, and four beach towels for your convenience. Beach Service is available during high season for an additional fee. We can provide details as needed.

The Master Bedroom includes King Bed and private bath with stand-up shower, tub, and double sink. Second Bedroom has Queen bed and private bath with shower/tub combo. Living room has pull out sofa and Kitchen has a Washer/Dryer.

Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Individuals under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on the premises. Our minimum age requirement is 25 years old. We require one parent for every two individuals under the age of 25. A PARENT MUST BE STAYING IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES.
