Great location

It’s a great unit with good floor plan and plenty of ocean view. However, the unit was probably never updated since it was built, maybe with exception for the ugly black carpet that looked like a subfloor. There is also broken furniture in the unit: broken arm rests on chair by the table and broken leg on a chair on the balcony. Be careful not to tear the carpet up with the chair in the dining area. There is a screw in the bottom of the chair leg. We found a cockroach on the first day and we had to terminate its residence at the unit. We haven’t seen any other after. The water was leaking badly from the shower head creating a lot of noise. I imagine it’s been going on for ages if water bill is included in condo monthly fee. The response from management was always the same: “I will the owner know “, and no action was taken to address our complaints. Again, great place overall but we felt really disrespected by the management and the owner due to lack of support.

Outdated apartment that needs renovation.

The apartment needs serious renovation. All furniture is in poor condition. The appliances are outdated. No USB charging ports next to the bed. There was only one USB charging unit in the living room but none working. The bathroom was full of bugs. The safe was out of order.

Filthy & the property manager doesn't respond.

I have never been so disappointed with a property. This place was discussing and not properly managed. The check in was supposed to be 4:00 and when we went to the property we were not given access because the one guy who was apparently cleaning was still in the unit. We went in at 5:00 and the property was so dirty and the furniture was broken and cheap and the windows were not cleaned by the property manager or the building maintenance. I would have been better off at the Ramada in down the road. The property manager tried to make it right and refunded a night and the cleaning fee but that should have been refunded 100% and wish VRBO had an option in these situations as we didn't have any other place to go. We wasted 2 of our 5 days trying coordinate a time when the cleaners could come back to at least clean the sliding glass windows so we could at least see out of them but this property was just gross. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

Great stay!

The condo itself was simple, but had everything we needed, and it was a great location. We were some of the first people on the beach, and the resort set us up with beach chairs, an umbrella, and lots of towels, plus they had food/beverage service on the beach. The required resort fee at check-in was definitely worth it, it was a super relaxing vacation.

Great beach getaway!

This is a private condo in a prestigious hotel. It has awesome views to the beach and city allowing you to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets. It has a very comfortable bed, quiet bedroom and a good size bathroom. The resort amenities are very nice- the nicest pool grounds in the the area. You do have to pay $100 per couple but wort it compared to others. Plus, You don’t have to pay extra for valet parking. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great beach front Vacation spot with nice view

Overall everything was great , the unit needs to be updated and the host could communicate a little better however the stay was very enjoyable. In a very nice part of North beach. Just keep in mind when booking this resort you will need to pay daily resort fees and nothing will be included besides the basic amenities such as the pool , beach, athletic room etc. nice stay will booking again!

Really nice but

This place was very comfortable & the property itself had it all including a great beach. What c/b improved? They don’t advertise that it’s a Trump property (which I wouldn’t hv booked). The carpet looks 30 years old/stained and the floors needed repair. There were very few towels & 2 washcloths for a 5-day stay and hotel wouldn’t accommodate us for things needed. Refrigerator shelf was cracked & dangling. The unit needs to be upgraded. We had to shop for e’thing like coffee Kleenex etc. but the balcony was great. Gym was only open 8-5:30!
