This property has three newly done bedrooms and a new bunkroom on the ground floor with full size beds. Updated Kitchen and bathrooms. the whole interior has been redone...

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

Base Rent + The Following:
- $100 Processing Fee
- $75 Accidental Damage Insurance Policy Charge (Non-refundable)
- $150 Amenities Package
- 3% Credit Card Convenience Fee
* Cleaning fees and unquoted fees may apply to off season and rentals less than one week.*

Please Note: This property does not accept group rentals or tenants under the age of 25. Reservations signed for by parents / legal guardians are not permitted. Discovery of any reservation created under false or misleading pretenses is subject to eviction without reimbursement.

We also visited the boardwalk many times. Great time with the children and grands.The rental met all of our needs.

Great stay

My family and I enjoyed this property. The house was very spacious, updated, and clean. It’s a quick walk to the beach and other attractions. It was nice having 3 spots for parking and having an outdoor shower. The only downfall was you can hear people when they are walking in the rental above us. Other than that it was a great place to stay!

Steps to boardwalk

Great place, close to boardwalk, clean and great price. My only complaint would be if you plan on staying in the condo all day make sure there’s no little ones staying in the above condo because you hear them running all day…. Fortunately we were in and out every day so it wasn’t too bad…

Great place, Great Location, couple of suggestions.

My family had a great tume and the property was great. We would definitely rent again. We are particular so the following arent negatives bit would be great if considered. The master coyld do with a King size bed. There is space so seems like a missed opportunity. Matteresses... i get you need to have sturdy matteresses, but they are not for everyone. Maybe add to the listing? Trash. I would suggest keeping the cans outside of the garage or cleaning more often. They drew fliess which found there way into the unit

Great place! Great location!

Immaculately clean upon arrival. Very spacious for our group of 9. The younger kids loved sprawling out in the living room. Outdoor shower was a plus! Great, quiet area. But the Boardwalk, park, and anything you need still within walking distance or a short drive away. The interactions / responses with the owners was first class. Will look to book here again on our next trip to Wildwood.

I’ve been coming down to wildwood for the firefighter convention for about 13 years. This condo was one of the best and the communication with Ralph the property manager was great. One of the shower heads broke on the first morning and Ralph ran right out to replace it, can’t ask for anything better than that. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I look forward to staying there next year as well!

Nice rental unit and close enough to Boardwalk

Very nice new, clean and spacious rental unit for my family of 5. Everything worked in unit and we had no issues. Furnishings were good and the beds were pretty comfortable which I am always critical of. Overall a nice unit and would recommend this for anyone looking to stay at wildwoods.
