Would stay again, but would come a little more prepared. Check in was super easy. We were able to check in early which was a bonus. The pool was very nice and our boys loved it. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach. We stayed for almost a week over Christmas with the hopes of cooking Christmas eve and Christmas Day at the house. However we found that the kitchen didn't have many of the essentials we needed to make a simple meal so we couldn't make what we had planned, like even cooking spray would have helped. What also would have been nice would have been seating by the pool. There were no lawn chairs by the pool. The pool toys for our boys were a nice bonus, but to watch then play you either had to sit up on the deck or sit on the ground. Beach chairs would have been nice toi. Flying in to go to the beach, just having a place to sit on the beach would have made the beach experience a little more enjoyable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great place in excellent location!

Although this stay was brief, we enjoyed the property very much and hope to use it again next time we visit Marco Island. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. The property was clean, comfortable, well stocked with necessary amenities and the pool was awesome.

Perfect option in Marco

I enjoyed the property very much. I had minor issue and contacted the owner and they were very responsive. It was clean, spacious and bright. Would recommend.

Quiet neighborhood, updated home

Cozy home, most of interior has been recently updated. Very quiet neighborhood. Pool is very nice (although note very minimal seating near pool and it the house is one level above pool). Super comfortable beds. Convenient location to grocery stores, etc.

Fun little property on Marco island. Close to beach and many stores. only improvements could have been dryer that works, Kleenex/toilet paper/ paper towels/ spare garbage bags to be there at a minimum. The pool deck area could have been cleaner( lots of bird droppings on the pool edge). we enjoyed the stay, fun pool with lots of toys for kids, floaties, beach chairs.fun outdoor area to sit in. easy to access. about 5 min to tiger tail beach- fantastic beach. I def think we’d stay here again.

Modern and Relaxed

Adorable new home with very modern decor. The home fit our family of 4 very comfortably with plenty of open space. The home is in a great location, with just about the feeling that everything was within 2 miles. We didn't rent bikes but it would be an easy bike ride to the public beaches. We did rent kayaks and having canal access was fun for both day trip of kayaking as well as fishing. We even saw a dolphin one morning chasing its breakfast.

Lovely home!

We just absolutely loved this home! It was clean and has a great layout, beautiful view of the canal, grass for my dogs, and a fenced in swimming pool! There was fishing gear and my boyfriend caught a jack fish and a catfish while we were there. We also take advantage of the pool floats and enjoyed the sun! As mentioned in some of the other reviews, it was lacking some of the essentials like paper towels and hair conditioner. I recommend bringing your own just in case. We are definitely coming back for another vacay!!

Weekend with friends

The property is very nice and it is very well located. It is comfortable and all decorated with very good taste. What we didn't like is that the bathroom in the master bedroom doesn't have a door. Just a curtain... that's extremely uncomfortable. On the other hand, we contacted the host for a couple of things and the response was not as fast as we experienced in other properties

Nice house, great location, quiet & peaceful neighborhood

The house was for sale when we were there, which may or may not make a difference in any of the pros or cons we found with the property. Very nice neighborhood, quiet & peaceful. Really nice yard, although small, it's nicely landscaped. There was a constant breeze on the upper balcony our entire visit, it was really nice to sit out there. House is very nice with quirky design features. Was, for the most part, very clean & appeared to be freshly painted. The beds were very comfortable, nice linens & towels. The pool is really nice, good size & deep enough. The heater was not on when we arrived, suggest checking so you can contact mgr for the video. There is no latch on the gate & the wind blows it open, not good if you have kids or dogs as the yard is not fenced in, only the pool area. The things we didn't like*Horrible water pressure*Master shower curtain liner was huge & thick, you had to wrestle it throughout the shower*Living room furniture very uncomfortable, chairs were dirty & stained*Living room rug & den rug both had spots & stains, had to really watch my dogs & check daily to make sure they didn't make new stains. The floors are pet friendly, nice, durable & easy to clean, the rugs could be removed*Pool deck is very narrow & there are no chairs*No TVs in bedrooms*Door blinds don't work*minimal cooking utensils*yard not fenced.

Worst rental experience, host and property management! No space to complete the review!

UNRESPONSIVE AND UNAPOLOGETIC FOR ANY OF THE NIGHTMARISH ISSUES. If you are looking for: -No master bath door since 2022 from previous guest complains. - A place with roaches in the guest bathroom, this is the place for you! -Hot as hell inside the house when it’s 108 degrees outside because the AC wasn’t working and the Host, after repeated requests to fix the problem, took 24 hours to send a repair man and another 24 hours for it to start working, this is the place for you! -A Host who, REMOTELY adjusts the temp in the AC and won’t let the AC cool under 72 degrees (once fixed), this is the place for you! -A place where the Host and PM REMOTELY control all the appliances, starting with the HVAC, this is the place for you! -Where they bring you a portable AC that leaks all night unto the floor, this is the place for you! -Where when you try to wash the towels that you placed on the floor to dry the leak, the Host REMOTELY turns the dryer OFF, this is the place for you! -A dirty and smelly pool with a dead lizard, as the pool guy advised us on Friday. -A pool without a working filter (turned off REMOTELY!), this is the place for you! -Broken and rusty Pool chairs, this is the place for you! -Refrigerator controlled REMOTELY, so that your food will go bad as they limit the temp, this is the place for you! -Where they turn the AC OFF and lock you OUT the day before the check out because the property management did a mistake! -cleaning they leave you a list for you!

Great house on Marco Island

We stayed in the house for a few days while we were in town for a business meeting. The house is really cute and had everything we needed. It is clean and well maintained and the decor is very warm and friendly and very Florida. . It was a few weeks after Hurricane Ian and we were worried about damage but the owner contacted me directly to keep me on the loop. The property did not incur damage but the pool had to be cleaned, which was done in advance of our visit. . It was a great experience and we would recommend it to others. The house is on stilts with stairs so renters should note that.

A Good Fit for our Group - Owner Communication is Great!

This property was accurately depicted and worked really well for our family. Communication with the Owner was prompt, friendly and terrific too. The good: * The house was clean and a good size for our group of 6 and the decor was attractive. *The beds were comfortable. *The Pool was awesome and our youngest son spent a ridiculous amount of time in the pool. *The parking arrangement was great. *We didn't take advantage of it but I can see where the house's location on a canal might have been a really desirable feature. *The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood *The Beach! The not as good: *There is no door on the bathroom in the master bathroom. We aren't keen on using the toilet when there is another person steps away and no door between. If the door to the bedroom is open, you can actually see a person sitting on the toilet so every time you want to use the bathroom, the bedroom needed to be vacated and the bedroom door closed. That's really inconvenient in the middle of the night. * The living room furniture is spare, stiff and uncomfortable. * The kitchen isn't very well stocked. It is in need of more pots, pans, bowls, glassware, silverware, serving dishes, storage containers etc. We made due but we found ourselves often having to reach into the dishwasher to wash an item because there wasn't much for silverware/bowls. *There were empty hand soap containers (we replaced them with new) and just two little tiny bar soaps - A little more soap would have been great. *The washing machine leaked a lot the first time we used it but my husband tightened the connection to stop the leak. *The dryer took about 2 1/2 - 3 hours to dry a load of laundry even on the highest/hottest setting so it wasn't really usable. *The refrigerator door shelves were broken and not really usable. If you put anything in them, they would fall off every time the door is opened. *There were some random open food items (not spices) left behind that I would have preferred removed. *This isn't the house's problem but a comment on Marco Island itself - the house is located a little over 2 miles from the beach. With Marco Island's limited public beach access and even more limited parking, driving to the beach and parking isn't easy. We we did a LOT of hauling stuff from our super secret parking spot to the beach. We did leave behind 4 new beach chairs and a new umbrella for future guests but access to a collapsible beach cart would have been really nice.

Great Stay

Everything was as expected. Freshly redone, nice pool, and on a canal. As a bonus we saw a stingray and manatees. Extra large deck with grill came in handy and Wi-Fi worked well.
