Clairmont Heights provides fantastic comfort, modern living & a great outlook in a location that is both central & peaceful Views toward Western Ranges & across Tasman Bay and close to Saxton & local cycling trails.
This property is on a great central location with views, proximity to Saxton Oval, Richmond, Stoke Village & Nelson City!
**Special conditions & notes**:
No parties, No venue use, No smoking inside, No pets. General Terms & Conditions apply.
Private Residence - This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

This property is located in Stoke, Nelson. Stoke is the largest residential area of Nelson. It's home to Saxton Sports Grounds, Stoke Village for shopping, cafes & restaurants & the Monaco Peninsula coastline.
The foothills of Stoke, where this home is located, offer fantastic views to the bay. At night the view is equally beautiful with the lights of Stoke to look over.
The cycle-trails here connect to The Great Taste Cycle Trail, Richmond & Nelson. There are walking & mountain-biking trails in the hills nearby. It's a short drive to the beach or Nelson waterfront.
