Bike Trail Access and Herring Pond Association Beach Rights

What a unique property! Cape Cod Bike Trail access from the back of the property and the private association Herring Pond beach less than 400 feet away from the front of the property. Enjoy an ocean sunrise at Coast Guard beach just under 3 miles, or a breathtaking sunset at First Encounter beach 1.5 miles away on Cape Cod Bay. Within approximately one-half mile you can find the Eastham Library, Eastham Windmill, the Eastham Superette or Great Pond.

Beautiful new renovations completed for the 2025 season that include a new kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops. There is a new main bathroom with walk-in shower and laundry area. Plus, an added half bathroom in the master bedroom.

This is a one level house with a nice, spacious living room, newly renovated kitchen and dining area. There is a large guest bedroom on one end of the house which offers 2 queen beds, a television, and access to a full bathroom with shower. You can also access the one-car garage or a deck from this bedroom. The other end of the house has two additional oversized bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a new half bath ensuite. The third bedroom as two double beds and access to a second full bathroom with tub.

There is a stone patio on the back side of the house with a picnic table and Adirondack chairs. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower and plenty of space for various yard games. The front of the house has a small deck with Adirondack chairs to enjoy partial views of the pond.

Amenities include: Wireless internet, telephone, portable air conditioning units in all of the bedrooms, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, 1st floor washer and dryer, 2 flat screen televisions with expanded cable, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, gas grill, beach chairs, a canoe and two kayaks. Sheets and towels are not included.
