This beautifully decorated and maintained one level property offers a newly renovated open kitchen, island and large dining area, separate living room, den, two full bathrooms; each with shower, two guest bedrooms; one with a queen bed and one with a double bed, and a master bedroom with a queen bed and full bath with shower. The wonderful back deck and shower can be accessed from the kitchen or den where you can enjoy a private barbeque, game, or restful afternoon.

Amenities: wireless internet, air conditioning wall splits for room to room comfort, washer/dryer, new appliances, Keurig coffee maker, 2 televisions, gas grill and an enclosed outside shower. There is no bathtub. Sheets and towels are not included but can be rented (information to follow).

Bedroom #1 - 1 Queen, Bedroom #2 - 1 Queen, Bedroom #3 - 1 Full, and one additional twin pull-out loveseat in one of the living spaces.

Location: Just 1/10th of a mile from the association Cape Cod bay beach access or 2/10th's of a mile from the Campground Beach public access parking lot. If you prefer the ocean, Nauset Light Beach is just 3.5 miles away. Seashore Park Visitors Center, Eastham Windmill, Wellfleet Drive-in and Cinemas and local stores and restaurants are all within a 3 mile radius. And Orleans center is just over 6 miles away.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
