The Space:

Come stay for a comfy and cozy holiday since this home is really a perfect reasonable getaway spot with the privacy and peacefulness you desire in a family-friendly neighborhood close to the beach. One of the best features of this property is that we provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and a rolling cart to easily transport everything down to the beach. All of the bedrooms have new beds with 2 full-size bathrooms. The living room is equipped with a smart tv and cable. The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances, so enjoy cooking your favorite meals! The stunning hardwood floors add a touch of elegance and warmth to the space with their timeless appeal and durability.



This home includes a fire pit, gas BBQ and a Private yard so bring your pet. Curl up and read all day!



This cottage is spacious and quiet with all the room you desire but with modern finishes, very close to all that the North Fork has to offer, including the beach, wineries, and best restaurants, one you could walk around the corner to Tanger outlet shops are also nearby for your shopping needs.

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.

- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.

- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.

- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

- Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.



Guest Insurance

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry free stay!
