The Space:

As you step onto the property, the screened porch extends a warm welcome, an invitation to enjoy the rhythmic sounds of nature in comfort.



Inside, the open-plan living room is a haven of relaxation, with plush seating arranged, perfect for evening storytelling or morning meditations with the sun casting soft shadows across the floor. The adjoining dining area, though intimate, is grand in its simplicity, promising memorable meals illuminated by the soft glow of the setting sun.



The heart of the home, the kitchen, is designed with both style and function in mind. Here, modern appliances stand ready to assist as you whip up culinary creations, with the breakfast bar offering a sociable hub for guests to gather and chat.



When night falls, retreat to the soothing ambiance of the master bedroom, a serene space designed to encourage a restful night's sleep. Venture upstairs and you’ll find a cozy additional bedroom, a charming hideaway with sloped ceilings that create a snug and restful atmosphere.



Step out onto the deck for al fresco moments, whether it's a morning coffee or an evening of stargazing. The beauty of After Dune Delight lies not just in its design but in the seamless flow between indoor comfort and the call of the outdoors.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities:

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.



If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.

- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.

- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy:

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.

- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

- Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.



Guest Insurance:

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry-free stay!
