Awesome Retreat

Great family accommodation. Very spacious, comfortable beds and extremely clean. We stayed for an entire month with two different sets of family, the adults and children really enjoyed their stay. The kitchen is well equipped and all the furniture is in excellent condition and comfortable. The location is close to parks, shopping and restaurants. Great area for walking or bicycling. The pool of course was a hit with the diving board. The owners responded quickly to a few questions and were very helpful with things to do in the area. We would definitely book again.

Amazing Home, Incredible Hosts!

One word: Heaven. WOW! This home was AMAZING and had it all. Exactly how it was described in the listing and really felt like a home and not a rental. You could tell the owners thought of every last detail to make their guests truly enjoy themselves while staying there. Prior to even checking in Jennifer and Tony reached out to go over all final details including a customized code to enter property and where we could easily find everything. What is better is that service didn't stop there. We received an additional reach out half way into our stay to make sure we were happy with the home as well as to see if there is anything else we would have liked to see added into it, to make it even more enjoyable. There is so much space that it truly feels bigger than it really is. The location also can't be beat. Anything and Everything you could possible need is within a 5 mile radius if not closer. However we didn't need anything as they have thought of everything. We can't wait to go back again to this paradise in AZ. It was a sad day to have to leave for sure. Thank you so very much Jennifer and Tony for the stay in your wonderful home. The detail and follow up on our stay shows you really care about your guests and providing an incredible experience for all.

Great home for making memories

We loved staying at this home! We really liked the several common areas and the backyard. The host was extremely kind and helpful, and the home was stocked with pretty much everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

Perfect Choice

We were a mixture of couples singles and children. There was ample space, with some separated spaces for privacy of desired. There was a good mixture of bed options. The pool was well maintained and there were toys available. A very large friendly kitchen. And lots of game choices for both adults and children.

We had 4 families stay in this home and had the absolute best time EVER!!! There was not one thing missing. Everyone had their own space and yet you still felt all together. We sat out in the sun every morning by the pool and played mini golf at night with the kids. The ping pong table in the garage was also a hit with the kids. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to come visit AZ ........ It will NOT disappoint !!!!!!

Wonderful family friendly property

We had a wonderful time. The house was a great space for families! It was very clean and even better than the pictures. We loved all the games and outdoor pool. The table seats 8 and there is lots of additional seating at the bar. There were lots of nice extras like a bottle of wine plenty of paper towels. They even had a dual coffee maker so you could brew a pot or use the Keurig for a single cup. Lots of separate seating areas allowed us all to chat or watch separate TV shows. The pool is in the shade in the afternoon and provided a fun respite from the Arizona heat.

Excellent place to stay!

The house was wonderful! Beautifully decorated, clean, lots of fun things for kids to do. The owners really show they take good care of this house for others to enjoy. Great location. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked for large groups and the pool is huge and clean. We loved our stay!!

Beautiful Home

This was a really great place to stay! Plenty of room, everything was so nice and clean. Pool was huge! Kids had a great time in pool and playing golf. They even put down their phones to play board games. It was a really nice weekend. The owners were so welcoming and we really appreciated all the little extra touches they leave you for your stay. Thank you for the use of your home it’s beautiful! We hope to be back again.

Great property, location, layout

Although the neighbors were close you would never know it! Kids next door were in the pool a couple of times, other than that didn’t see anyone. The house was very clean, game room was fun for the kids, BBQ was exactly what we needed and pool was perfect! Thank you Tony for letting us use your home :) until next time.

Entertainment for days!

We loved this house! The owner does an amazing job of welcoming you with a personal text (a first for us) and a local bottle of wine upon your arrival. There was more than enough towels, dishes, and necessities stocked for our stay and plenty of room to spread out. Between the pool, game room, loft, garage ping pong table and the park, our teens/kids didn't even need to leave the neighborhood. We especially appreciated the big kitchen and seating. As opposed to some rentals that sleep a large group and but only have dining for 6...everyone had a chair here. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Everything was so professional. From the initial booking to the emails a few days prior to arrival to the text I got the day before arrival from the owner. Spring Break 1st at this house..

Overall this is a very nice home. They had good checkin instructions and a nice bottle of wine as a welcome. The owner actually sent us a nice welcome text as well. We were their first non-family stay. There are some things they need to do to make this more of a $375-$400 night stay. The towels are very cheap, there is no king size bed in the master bathroom, and only 2 TV’s in the whole house. If you want to go upstairs to relax and get away, you have to go to the bonus room for a tv versus relaxing in your own room. The silverware, plates, bowls are counted and labeled as such. Which was confusing because the quality didn’t warrant a risk of theft. The lighting in the house is very bad, every light in the entire house were the same and it were bright daylight ones. When you turned the kitchen light on, it was overwhelming. The bathrooms were not cleaned as promised, so we called the manager and she came out right away and did it herself. She was great to work with. The neighborhood is very active, there are cars all over from the neighbors next-door to the neighbors behind us. Just be aware of that. I think it would be a good idea for this owner to do a real deep dive into the quality that is charging significantly less than this a night. Even if you look at places around the same price range, Queen Creek or even Gilbert, they are way off. If you keep to this range at night, you really need to upgrade most of the non-furniture items in the house. We have stayed at several beautiful homes several times a year in Gilbert and QC. In our opinion, even with the same amount of sleeping room, this place should be around the $250 a night range.
