This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

The primary bedroom offers a king size bed flat screen TV adjoining bathroom with a walk in shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Sliding glass doors in the primary enter onto the balcony. To enhance your vacation stay the property there is an immaculate zero entry pool the perfect way to enter the pool. The state of the art exercise room faces the gulf with floor to ceiling windows and a sauna to pamper yourself after your workout. BBQ grill and Wi-Fi. San 308 is walking distance to The Hangout restaurants shops and attractions. ----

No Smoking Common Areas Pool Hallways Parking Decks Balconies etc A smoking area is on the east side outside the 1st floor parking garage. No boats RV's or trailers are permitted

The San Carlos HOA has notified us that they will begin making repairs to balcony ceilings between the dates of March 24 through early April. All work can be completed without entering the individual unit balconies, however, swing stages will be in use on the property and as a result, the outdoor pool will be closed during this time period.

Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.

You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this unit.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
