This was probably the easiest check-in I have ever had at the beach. The condo is set up very nicely to accommodate everybody it had everything we needed and Janet our host was great with communication and checking in with us to see if everything was good. The view from the balconies were stunning.. And the beds are a dream. Very comfortable.. great Beavh access. Also great access to a lot of things going on in Myrtle Beach. We will definitely be staying here again can't wait.

Great Location

Place was close to the airport, RIGHT ON THE BEACH. It was Clean and quiet. It could use new furnishings but its Excellent for the price and all the resort offers. Definitely stay again at Janets place! We were all very happy!!! Thank You Janet

Perfect for family vacation !

The property was even better than pictured! It was directly on the beach so it was super convenient with beautiful views. Most importantly the host was so helpful and very accommodating! We definitely would book this property again in the future

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was right on the beach. We enjoyed the pools also. Condo had everything we needed. We didn’t eat in the condo much however. Owner was very responsive to anything that arose. Our family had a great time!

Nice Condo!

Nice place to stay at the beach. Location was close to a great pizza place. Condo was welcoming and very spacious; plenty of sleeping spots!! Beds were comfy, however the fitted sheets kept coming off during the night. Also, cabinets and microwave could’ve been cleaner! We enjoyed the pool and other hote amenities. Host was easy to contact!! Will stay here again

Would stay again

Two defensive line backer dads traveling with wives, one child, one toddler, and two infants visits Myrtle Beach. Find a double king bed, safe space for all the kids, prime location, great views, great host, quiet unit, access to amenities like kids and adult pool. Check check and check! High level floor I loved. Safe for all of our babies. Cons: this is a big building and so lots of traveler traffic. Needs another elevator. Smelled like weed at property entrance on first floor. -but no fault of the hosts here. Kitchen layout awkward with dishwasher and sink on top of each other. Made doing dishes challenging w ankle bumps, and yet we ran the dishwasher twice a day fine. All appliances worked just fine.

Vacationing at Oceans One resort.

Location was excellent. Condo outstanding. Host was outstanding. Facilities and proximity to beach were great. Couple times some loud inappropriate music was playing at the pool. Didn’t seem to have anyone monitoring area.

Great property

Host Janet is so quick to return messages. Minor issues with a faucet which was replaced in hours. The unit was clean and well kept. The view is amazing the location is ideal for any family. Great resort short walk onto beach and plenty of room at the pool to relax.

Incredible view w master balcony privacy!!!

The property was very nice , the location was great , view amazing….but certainly would benefit from a deep cleaning, especially in light of charging a 360$ cleaning fee …. I was pleasantly surprised with the small stock of supplies though.

A short Weekend Winter Getaway!

I would recommend this condo! Very Nice. The host Janet was very prompt with Emailing us our check in info that we needed including a parking pass. With an access code to the condo we could just go right to our room at our convenience upon arriving. The outdoor pool is currently under construction but the indoor pool is heated between 95 and 100 degrees or so. Hope to return maybe next winter.

Some of inside and outside cabinets dirty. Place could have been cleaned better. Bathrooms should be repaired looks like water damage by tubs. Inside hot tub water level very low entire time there we couldn’t stay in without spraying all over the place unable to enjoy. The elevators showed they haven’t been maintained since 2021. Lack of security to the pool area allowing outsiders in to use the pools leaving them overcrowded.

Great location and roomy condo!

This is a spacious condo. The rooms were all a good size as were the bathrooms. Plenty of seating in the living room. Kitchen has everything you need. The manager/host is VERY responsive if you need anything and they let you know everything that is needed to avoid additional charges. There are several pools, including kiddie pools and a hot tub. Right on the beach! Some suggestions-EVERYONE is checking in around 4 p.m. and it is hectic, so it might be better to wait a bit. Also, if you are like us and wash dishes and clothes quite a bit, be sure to bring some additional detergent pods. Only suggestion I have is to have SMART televisions in all rooms so that everyone can enjoy in the evening.

Property could have been kept up better. Walls needed painting and minor repairs. View was great.

Problem with one of the TVs. No signal. Asked property manager about it. She said she would send someone to fix it but forgot. Otherwise, we didn’t have a problem with anything else.

Nice rental, but showing its age a bit

Overall, this is an decent property. Nice location close to the Second Ave. Peer and Family Kingdom amusement park. Free, no-hassle WiFi is also nice. And what's not to love about a panoramic ocean view from the 20th floor (although it might be a bit too high for some people)? Now here's where the rental comes up lacking in a few areas: 1) Dryer is in need of repair. It took 2 1/2 hours to dry a load of towels from the washer. Similarly, the washer works, but is missing some parts and is showing it's age. 2) TVs, albeit flat screen, are archaic...and small. Living room TV is only about 36 inches...maybe. Definitely important on rainy days. 3) Virtually no art or decorations whatsoever in the unit. Walls barren and need a little TLC 4) Would be nice if housekeeping left an extra roll or two of paper towels and toilet paper 5) Master bedroom mattress could use an upgrade. The second master bedroom actually has the most comfy bed. This could easily be a 5-star rental with a little bit of upgrading and TLC.

This condo was not at all as described, nor was the building itself. The building redid one wall of the indoor pool and used that as their marketing pictures to say "newly renovated". As far as the condo, it was furnished with what I would describe as dorm room furniture. Everything was old and dingy. However, the part that really grossed me out was the fact that it wasn't cleaned. The dining chairs still had trash on them from the previous guests so they were not at the very least wiped down. Everything was sticky and old. It was obvious the cleaning crew only swept and wiped down counters and sinks. There are no lights in the ceilings so everything is lit by lamps so it's dark and dingy. The comforters were old and are not washed in between guests. They smell and are just plain gross. There were only two extra blankets in the condo and I washed both of them the first night because they smelled like dirty dog, but I wanted something to sleep with because I did not want to touch the comforter. The first night we found two cockroaches. The kitchen did not have hot pads or appropriate utensils to cook anything and the drawers were filthy. The baking sheets still had food on them from the previous guests. We emailed with the owner multiple times, she offered to have it recleaned and pest control come, but that was the problem. No amount of cleaning could fix how old and gross it is. We switched condos on day 2 and the newer one was not any better. Just plain gross.

Myself, my mom, aunt and cousin were celebrating my mom's 81st birthday, we had a great time! The condo was just as described online. Was close to the boardwalk, and lots of great restaurants. Marco Polo Pizza was GREAT!
