Linton Cottage

Recently renovated throughout including new flooring, bathrooms, laundry and beds, new appliances and open plan kitchen/dining/lounge. Close to town and suitable for leisure or business groups.

Four bedooms available, one with ensuite. Maximum occupancy 8 people. (When booking, please let us know which bedrooms you want). Open plan kitchen-dining-living that opens onto a sheltered deck with BBQ and outdoor seating. TV(55in) with Netflix, Bluetooth stereo, full laundry with washing machine, dryer and clothes line. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, 4 ring stove top, oven and microwave. Two heat pumps for heating or cooling.
CCTV operating outside.

Great Family Home

This property was perfect for our Palmerston North stay. It had everything a family needs including a washer and dryer and even some lovely unexpected extras like heated towel rails and electric blankets which were amazing for us coming from Tropical North Queensland. Great location close to town, supermarkets and The Esplanade. Thank you for having us, we appreciated it.

Beautiful home away from home

I highly recommend this lovely home. We were impressed to find it's even better than the photos show. Such a warm feeling to the place, everything you could need for a family stay and absolutely spotless. Considerate touches such as the welcome chocolates, coffee pods, tea selection and laundry powder are the icing on the cake. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
