Enjoy all the comforts of home in this modern townhouse located close to the city centre on a secluded section. Freshly decorated throughout with new kitchen and bathroom fittings. New furniture, drapes and appliances including smart TV with Netflix and unlimited fast internet. Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with air conditioning. Commercially laundered towels and linen included in price. Ample uncovered private parking (no garage available to guests). CCTV operating outside for safety and security.

A very clean comfortable home and so close to walk downtown to shops, supermarket and restaurants. This home has all the facilities to make it a very comfortable stay.

Great place to stay

Nice property in good location with all that you need. Excellent hosts with excellent and very timely communications. Recommend if needing a place in Palmerston North and will certainly be somewhere we would stay if in Palmerston North again.

Even better than the photos!

The house was modern, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need for a weekend away. Fast response from owner to questions I had prior to arrival. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Palmerton North.

Really tidy well equiped house perfect with off street parking for anyone needing to visit theCity. Owner /Manager easy to deal with. I hope to return next year and this property will be my first choice.

Haven on Carroll

This was our second time staying in one of Steve's homes. It was perfect for three adult couples to use as a base. The home had everything we needed and is clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable and town is a short walk away. Loved it!

Loved the location of the property. The house was immaculately presented. It was perfect for the Rose City spectacular dance event we attended at Fly Arena over the weekend. We will book again in the future.

Clean, cosy and close to town

The property is a 15 minute walking distance to the centre of town and walking distance to the supermarket. We were travelling for a uni block course and were able to use the bus route with ease. Host is very responsive, good communication throughout. Property is clean, tidy, warm and dry. A great find! Highly recommend.

Perfect home away from home

I booked this for family that were visiting palmy. The kids loved all the room to run around and house is modern and very clean. Perfect location into town and multiple supermarkets located around.
