This freshly renovated beach house is only a few minutes walk to Umina Beach and the numerous cafes, bars and shops on the main strip.
There's plenty of room for one family or a small gathering of the clan and the gated backyard is great for the dog or kids to play in.
There are three bedrooms in the main house and a very spacious retreat with a renovated ensuite out the back.
Linen is supplied (including bath towels)

Fantastic property - very convenient location with shops and beach in walking distance and bus stop at the door. Property well setup and roomy enough for a larger group. Extras were very helpful for a smooth stay and no emergency trips to the shops for dishwashing powder etc! We were very comfortable for our stay

Quality

Such a relaxing home with sunshine on the back deck, watching doggo explore. Our few days seemed like a much longer holiday, as the area was perfect for us. We packed a lot of activities in we enjoy, and had beautiful home cooked meals at night in a well equipped kitchen.

Fantastic family getaway

Great location, close to shops, beach and activities so suited us perfectly. Plenty of off-street parking. Only comment is that the Main bathroom could use an update, very small and outdated.

Perfect short stay at the beach

Had a lovely couple of days at Umina - the beach was perfect for our two dogs, great location as beach only a short walk away The house was clean, cosy and communication with owners and the check in was smooth and straight forward. Would definitely recommend

Great for kids

Fenced area is great for small kids and concrete driveway for scooters or roller blades for bigger ones. Ideal for families. Our second time staying here. Close to shops and beach. Bathroom is a bit small but good to have a bath for small ones. A small issue with the single beds as they are very squeaky.

A very well-resourced property, everything you could want. The location is great, walking distance to beach and shops. It is a great property for dogs, big enclosed back yard, and a nice verandah at the back. It was also great that there was not a long list of ‘do’s and don’ts’.

Great accommodation

Good location. Walking distance to shops and beach. Very clean and spacious house. All amenities provided. Pet friendly, with an enclosed yard for even the smallest dog.

Lovely house, great location

Location is great because you can easily go West to Umina Beach, East to Ettalong or up to the shops. The house was lovely and the kitchen is unusually well stocked with utensils and cupboard essentials. I got the impression that the owners really care about their guests.

Best Pet Friendly accom @ Umina

We stayed over 10 days during winter, house was lovely and warm with 2 oil heaters that we just kept on which kept the house at a nice temperature. Property described as is, we didn't use the sleep out just the main house. Probably the best dog proof fencing accommodation we have stayed at, back gate also can be locked for extra security. We could go out all day and didn't need to worry about the dogs. Lots of sun in the backyard. Very close to Ettalong and Umina off leash dog beaches which we used twice daily also very close to the main shops in Umina. Great couple of restaurants also worth trying out was Osteria il Coccia and The Box at Ettalong. The only thing I could suggest is a coffee machine ! Thanks for a lovely stay.

A week away from the rat race

The property was very clean, with all essentials required for a great family stay. The location was only 300mtrs from the beach so this was great not to have to get in the car to get to the beach each day. The detached bedroom and ensuite bathroom was also great. The back yard was disappointing as the grass was all dead and full of bindii's so our dog had to avoid most of the yard. Overall a great stay.

excellent location near beach

We had good relaxing holiday with our dog. It was very close to dog friendly beach. It was very close to Woolworths and coles too. I am highly recommend for family with pet;)

Hi we're a couple from Sydney who love this beautiful beach house and would love to share it with others since we don't get up there enough. We have five kids between us and a dog who loves the grass in the backyard and bouncing along the beach.

There's plenty of room for one family or a small gathering of the clan.
There are three bedrooms in the main house and a very spacious retreat with a renovated ensuite out the back.

The space
The lush backyard is a great place to relax under the shade of the tree or to enjoy alfresco dining on the deck.

Please note we've updated the premises with new furniture including:
2 x queen beds, 2 x singles, 1 x double, 8 x seater dining table , outdoor dining with bbq and new lounge suite.

Guest access
You'll have the whole house and Sleepout to yourself.
