The fully equipped kitchen contains all your necessities to cook a storm and enjoy dinner whilst you soak up those amazing ocean views over dinner. Enjoy sunset drinks and the Weber BBQ with friends on the outdoor patio, or a quiet morning coffee.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire unit as well as 2 secure parking spaces underground.

The Neighborhood:
You are minutes walk to local cafe's, bars and coffeeshops. A surf break across the road, and the nearby sunshine coast walkway which connects seamlessly to King's Beach, Happy Valley, Dicky Beach and Currimundi. Cycle or walk anywhere.

Getting Around:
There is a nearby bus service, as well as ride share services and you can access all major attractions by vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
*This home is located in a high-end complex of only 3 apartments, both of our neighbours are local and permanent residents, please note we have zero tolerance when it comes to noise or gatherings.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
