OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES The very private backyard has all the amenities you could want on vacation! The large saltwater pool has a tanning deck and an integrated spa, and is surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas, an outdoor fireplace, alfresco dining for up to 8 guests, and a bar with a built in BBQ grill. There is also an outdoor shower and a bocce ball court. The fabulous mountain views and towering palm trees just add to the magic of this property.

Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES This classic midcentury home has the hip Palm Springs vibe of yesteryear while feeling very next century at the same time. Gorgeous in its simplicity, you'll find clean lines, an open floor plan and spectacular walls of glass that let the light pour in. The dining area, kitchen, and living room are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to gather, relax and enjoy. Everything in this property has been reimagined for the way we live today with high speed internet, flatscreen TVs, a fireplace, and upgraded heating and cooling systems. ** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at our vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS All of the bedrooms feature comfortable hotel-quality mattresses, ample storage, and a flatscreen TV. The primary suite has a King bed, an en suite bath with a double shower and a double sink, and direct access to the pool yard. Guest Room 1 also features a King bed, an ensuite bath and direct access to the pool yard. Guest Room 2 features a King bed and Guest Room 3 features a Queen bed, and they both share easy access to the Guest Bathroom in the hallway.
