This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups.
We do not accept schoolies bookings or groups under 21 - Please ask us about properties that do welcome schoolies

Bookings:
Standard check-in: 3pm
Standard check-out: 10am
Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests
Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay.

Secuity cameras:
Please note there are cameras at the front of the property for security purposes.

Bond:
If you do not have an average 5 star reviews there is a bond payment 2 days before the stay of $600.
A bond will be also asked if the agent deems appropriate
If guests are under 21 the bond payment is $1000.

Base price is for 4 guests and increases $40 per person per night after

The house is located on a quiet street in close proximity to shops, local playground and beach. The neighbouring houses are a combination of holiday and private homes.
Safety Beach and the surrounding Mornington Peninsula have a-lot to offer including beautiful bay and ocean beaches, wineries, amazing restaurants, hot springs, family activities and local markets.

There is something for everyone to so all year around and is the perfect short or long stay holiday destination.
