55 inch Smart TV, sound bar with Bluetooth, large leather couch, air conditioning and heating.

Kitchen:
Fully self contained kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, induction stove and oven, coffee machine with coffee beans provided, sandwich press, rice cooker, slow cooker and everything you need for a big cook up.

Main bathroom:
Large walk in shower, vanity, toilet and hairdryer.

Bedroom 1: Large room with queen bed wardrobe, split system air conditioning/heating, ceiling fan and smart TV (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: Two single bunk beds and wardrobe (sleeps 4)

Studio: King bed with split system aircon/heating bar fridge, tea and coffee making (sleeps 2)

Linen and towels:
Linen and towels are supplied for your stay and includes bedding, sheets, quilts and towels. Please BYO beach towels.

Children:
A portacot and high chair are available for hire at the house for use if needed during your stay. Please book via our guest portal.

Pets:
The backyard is fully fenced and we welcome pets at our property.
Please advise this during your booking.
You must clean up any hair or poo to avoid extra cleaning charges and they are not allowed on the furniture.


Groups:
This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups.
We accept schoolies bookings, though a higher bond.

Guest numbers:
The price of the booking will increase pending the size of your group

Standard check-out: 10am
Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests
Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay.
