The property was better than described!!! View was amazing, it was panoramic. You could see the bridge coming in, Main Street in distance and the beach / ocean views were breathtaking. Room was super cute, spotless and comfy. It had everything we needed.Pool was heated and hot tub was so relaxing. The communication from property was helpful and all instructions were laid out clearly. You were given the feeling they genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay.I could go on and on with positives….. only negative : I wish vacation didn’t have to end so soon!!

Good Little Property

This was a comfortable studio condo which felt surprisingly big. Great outdoor pool and close to everything we wanted to see.

Sister weekend

My sister and I took both our babies here for a weekend beach trip and this place was so much fun! The view was beautiful. Super convenient to local restaurants. Access to the beach was easy and they were next to the splash pad which they loved!

Easy to arrive, even though it was after hours (10:30pm). Excellent view. Great location, right on the beach and close to the Ocean Center for our event.

Perfect view in center of it all!

We enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. Only hiccup was one elevator down for a day- but that happens. Highly recommend.🙂

The view was nice. The building itself was ok. Old but clean. You could tell the condo was cleaned long before we got there. It’s not set up for long term. Mold in the shower, dead spider in there. Door frame coming off the bathroom door. Cabinets coming apart, hair in cabinet drawers. No broom. We have to buy a broom, matfor the bathtub, tv antenna, can opener, and a colander. TV is only Ruko, no local stations. One small pan, and it didn’t even lay flat on the burner. The can opener is rusted and doesn’t work. The baking soda in the fridge expired in 2024. I had to clean before I would unpack. The balcony and the furniture was full of bird poop. The condo needs a reeeealy good cleaning, pots and pans, and a good can opener. We stay for a month every year. I am not expecting perfection, but some tlc and cleaning is needed.
Shelf in the closet. Couldn’t use it. No hangers either

Very nice view from our 8th floor unit to a very nice beach. walkable area. very pleasantly surprised. would come back. pool and spa were great, also with a view. very clean. though. may be better off placing its mattress on the floor

March getaway

Property info was accurate and I appreciated how uncluttered it was compared to other units. However the kitchen supplies are very limited. Ex. 3 forks, no teaspoons, broken can opener, no toaster, 1 stem glass, no kitchen towel or cloth, and 1 hanger in the closet. After a trip to the dollar store, we enjoyed the rest of our time there and would consider this unit again.

In the future, please follow your check-in & checkout procedures if any items are needed as we never heard from you at all. The room was clean. The only real problem we had with the parking. There is not enough parking for the number of guests. We ended up parking over a block away from the property. Not happy.

We're happy you liked the clean unit! We only manage the unit itself but we're sorry to hear about the parking issues you had parking 1 block away. That is not typical, however please keep in mind your stay dates are during one of the busiest times here in Daytona Beach as it was during Speedweek & the Daytona 500. Also if you had followed your check-in & checkout procedures where we provide our contact info for assistance during your stay, we would've been happy to try to assist with a parking solution, however we never heard from you at all. We hope you understand & we wish you all the best.
