Cozy & convenient

The condo was cozy and had a fantastic view from the 8th floor. We especially loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching the sunset and city lights. The beach and pool were easy to enjoy, and we loved being able to walk to restaurants and nearby attractions.

The property was better than described!!! View was amazing, it was panoramic. You could see the bridge coming in, Main Street in distance and the beach / ocean views were breathtaking. Room was super cute, spotless and comfy. It had everything we needed.Pool was heated and hot tub was so relaxing. The communication from property was helpful and all instructions were laid out clearly. You were given the feeling they genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay.I could go on and on with positives….. only negative : I wish vacation didn’t have to end so soon!!

Sister weekend

My sister and I took both our babies here for a weekend beach trip and this place was so much fun! The view was beautiful. Super convenient to local restaurants. Access to the beach was easy and they were next to the splash pad which they loved!

Easy to arrive, even though it was after hours (10:30pm). Excellent view. Great location, right on the beach and close to the Ocean Center for our event.

Perfect view in center of it all!

We enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. Only hiccup was one elevator down for a day- but that happens. Highly recommend.🙂

Very nice view from our 8th floor unit to a very nice beach. walkable area. very pleasantly surprised. would come back. pool and spa were great, also with a view. very clean. though. may be better off placing its mattress on the floor

March getaway

Property info was accurate and I appreciated how uncluttered it was compared to other units. However the kitchen supplies are very limited. Ex. 3 forks, no teaspoons, broken can opener, no toaster, 1 stem glass, no kitchen towel or cloth, and 1 hanger in the closet. After a trip to the dollar store, we enjoyed the rest of our time there and would consider this unit again.

In the future, please follow your check-in & checkout procedures if any items are needed as we never heard from you at all. The room was clean. The only real problem we had with the parking. There is not enough parking for the number of guests. We ended up parking over a block away from the property. Not happy.

We're happy you liked the clean unit! We only manage the unit itself but we're sorry to hear about the parking issues you had parking 1 block away. That is not typical, however please keep in mind your stay dates are during one of the busiest times here in Daytona Beach as it was during Speedweek & the Daytona 500. Also if you had followed your check-in & checkout procedures where we provide our contact info for assistance during your stay, we would've been happy to try to assist with a parking solution, however we never heard from you at all. We hope you understand & we wish you all the best.

Not that bad but

Not to bad of a stay. Our view was amazing on the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony to just relax and watch everything happening below. My only complaint and it seriously sucked was the shower. It was basically a dribble out of the spout. And for it being our first time to Florida it was extremely hot and sweaty and to come back to our verbo and have to struggle to take a shower and struggle to wash soap out and off was terrible. And the tub was pretty dirty assuming because of the zero pressure to wash off.

We agree the views are amazing on the beach as well as the views from this 8th floor balcony! We are quite taken back by the remainder of your review. We clearly state within your check-in & checkout procedures to contact our maintenance department to report any dissatisfaction and for assistance during your stay with maintenance items, yet we never heard from you at all. You are the 1st to describe this as others can see on reviews but if the shower issue was as serious as you state, why would you not follow your check-in & checkout procedures (these are the same procedures you need to enter the unit that provides your keyless door code)? We have these procedures in place so we can assist you if need be, in order to make your stay as enjoyable as possible but unfortunately you chose to ignore them. We hope you understand & we wish you all the best.
