We would return!
First, when asked, I was told there wasn’t a hot tub, a gas grill, games and beach toys or a Keurig, which I saw clearly on the counter next to the fridge in the photos. So imagine our surprise to find all of these things! It would have been nice to know this in advance. We were hoping for bikes, but there were none at this property. There IS, however, a second refrigerator/freezer in the small basement area off of the carport, which was a nice bonus to keep drinks and ice.

The house looks exactly as it does in the photos. Nice decor, comfortable and roomy enough for a maximum of 12 people. The 4 & 1/2 bathrooms were nice, not to mention the outside shower.
I was also told every house had 4 beach chairs, but there were only 2 folding patio chairs and one camp chair. We brought our own, anyway, knowing how beach chairs at cottages hold up.
We had a flooding toilet situation after hours that was resolved the next day, and if there is any complaint, it would be too many rugs! (Wall to wall and scatter) Also, we could not find a mop to clean up the mess. Housekeeping came promptly and cleaned the floors and bathrooms affected. Stan White Realty was very responsive, friendly and extremely helpful, especially Carolyn the housekeeping manager.♥️
The location was perfect, being on a quiet service road and adjacent to a nice public beach access with a parking area, boardwalk over the dunes, porta potty and shower spigot. Easy access and not too busy for the children to cross on skateboards and scooters. Easy drive to the busy commercial areas. Food Lion is very close and Cahoons market even closer for quick pick ups.
